SO BASICALLY THEY ARE COLLUDING, THE BUILDING MANAGER GETS PAID BY THE OWNER OF THE CLEANING COMPANY TO GET THE CONTRACT EACH TIME. THIS WHOLE BUILDING IS SCAM AFTER SCAM THE BOARD IS SOO CORRUPT. THIS CONDO IS VERY CORRUPT. THE CLEANING COMPANY PAYS THE BUILDING MANAGER FOR THE CONTRACT. THE BUILDING MANAGER CHANGED THE SECURITY COMPANY TO ONE HE USED TO BE AN EXECUTIVE AT. THEY ARE PAYING EACH OTHER AND FEES ARE GOING UP. THIS BUILDING IS CORRUPT DO NOT BUY OR RENT HERE.

Sean obviously does not know anything about cleaning companies and he is probably one of the terrible guards they had in the past who did nothing but sit down all day, spread lies, rumours, leaked residents information and the list goes on...
p	poor man on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1, no temp parking for pick up or drop off, you have to stop at main road and block every other cars to do so. 2, not disable friendly, only couple push open door located at front, if u buy a lot of stuff or have a family member happen to be the unfortunate, just.. don’t drive. No push open door at the garage 3, huge parking lot for all 4 building which leave us about 10000 doors and miles to walk. If u happen to rent a parking space below another building, u can save ur money to the gym. 4, if u r moving here, sorry u have to pay $50 for renting the elevator, IT IS NOT DEPOSIT, u actually have to pay them to get an elevator, and deposit is $200 extra 5, 9/10 times to the garage is out of service. 6, air conditioning, no words 0/1000

Management is horrible, they don’t respond to your request, in particular Aurora, residents are dirty, maintenance fees goes up for no apparent reason, especially during Covid. Myself and 4 other owners requested some sort of reimbursement for maintenance fees since covid hit as the gym, pool and all amenities are shut down since March 2020. No response. They need a legit manager around here. These people need the boot.
m	mengqi FYI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In this condo, management team is doing nothing! They keep disturbing me even though I remove my dog. They just say what they want without taking a minute to check their video. I removed my dog on 27th March and they email me said I did not leash my dog and I still keep my dog here on 30th March. It should not be tolerated because I have never unleashed my dog even one time! They even don't take a responsibility to guarantee my safety. I was following by a stranger and they did not take any action for it! Don't leave any condo with Legacy's management team. It will make your life harder and harder!
