I was completely satisfied with the services and Dr. V (I hope his name is correct) the kind Dr starts to explain everything to me in the simplest language and rests me assured about my treatment. Besides, the other staff was so kind to me and help me to reduce my anxiety about being in dentistry.

The doctors are very experienced. The benefits claim process is hassle free and completely taken care of by Diane. The entire team is very professional, caring and compassionate. They take their time and listen to any concerns. They make me feel comfortable. I don’t feel nervous at all even when I know I need a major procedure done. I appreciate Dr Singh taking the time to explain what he will be doing and why, and always asks if I have any questions. The entire team goes above and beyond in the care they provide.

They are highly professional and compassionate. The whole team is very knowledgeable and explains things before and during procedures. Diane at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. She would basically take care of everything for you !! Everyone was really nice and warm. During dental cleanings and procedures, staff is very gentle and regularly check in to make sure you are okay and comfortable.

Diane the receptionist was so lovely and welcoming, the check in process was so easy as well! Kayla the assistant I believe, was very friendly and she reminded me so much of my best friend. Last but not least, Dr. V made me felt very comfortable during my check up! Would definitely recommend and be coming back.

Over the years, the dental and service experience have been first rate. Let's face it. No one likes going to the dentist, but Dr. Singh and his team take the edge off through their courtesy, friendliness and professionalism. When you're at this clinic, you're in good hands. Hygienists are super gentle and always ask how you're doing. Dr. Singh is amazing and knows his stuff. He has a great personality and always makes you feel at ease. Diane greets you at the front with a warm smile and always does her best to fit you in. Kathy and Kayla are great too so you feel as if you're in good hands. Parking is plentiful and indoors (great in winter). Since the pandemic, COVID protocols are first rate and we always feel totally safe. The place is spotless and everyone follows the safety rules. I would highly recommend this clinic for all your dental needs.

Starting with Diane's warmest welcome, she takes care of your needs and takes care of your expense by looking into the details of your insurance, making sure the best treatment is given with the most affordable plan! Kathy, the hygienist, was very patient and tried her best to be as gentle as possible and always make sure that I was comfortable. Kayla was very professional too. She explained my condition in detail and explained the usage of each of my medications (She explained many times! Since I had a hard time understanding, she was very friendly and patient!). Dr. V was very professional and did a great job with my filling. He encouraged me and said that I was doing an excellent job throughout the treatment. He suggested I take as many breaks as needed even my appointment was ended hours ago. My appointment was on a Saturday in the afternoon; however, everyone stayed extra late for me ON A SATURDAY! I really appreciate everyone's patience and help. I will definitely choose smile dentistry if I ever need any dental help!

Kayla the assistant has a funny sense of humour and is super nice. She was very easy to have a conversation with. Diane was super helpful with my insurance and very welcoming. She genuinely wants to help out patients and is very accommodating to schedules. I have recommend this place to all my family and friends and I will be returning to do all my treatment here.
