★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lacking of privacy during the many frequent inspections. Very noisy area. Heaters leave us feeling cold during winter months (when we complained, we were told to put up curtains). Heaters haven't been fixed. They have problems with their attitude.

They know about the infestation but dont take further steps to rid the units of the problem. Caulking and sealing up each until from each other .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People here smoke marijuana. At times you'll smell it outside, other times the smell comes through your balcony windows. There's a lot of noise from outside. Superintendents don't care about most people's problems. At times people have loud parties beyond midnight. The atmosphere is horrendous. The laundry machines don't wash well, while dryers work somewhat. When I complained about marijuana smell coming from the windows, the superintendent told me to keep the windows closed - are they aiding criminals?
