It's a noisy and dirty place ever I really can't believe that appartements in Canada are full of cocroches and the management ignore that and till 2020 conditions are zero

A functional location, near 401,anything and everything within reason a family desires. Links to major routes, busy and messy due to volume especially at rush hour, weekend. Nice and peaceful in general. Lots of kids and family oriented folks

Antrim Crescent have the wost employees. Jennifer Richards (rental agent), Jarmila Lankoczova (Superintendent) and another blonde superintendent are the most disrespectful, disgruntled, unprofessional employees at HR management. I have been harassed, bullied, slandered and disrespected by these employees as a tenant. I have been bullied by all 3 of these employees all at once as its clear they want me evicted. You would think that management would care to look into tenants concerns and issues but they don't. They look out for each other even if it comes down to lying as they do not care about the tenant well being. If you have concerns or issues that you put in writing, management will only send you a generic letter stating to keep a record and they will investigate. But management never investigate. I would not recommend this apartment for anyone or any employers to hire these employees.

Construction to exterior of building is done in a dangerous manner. Without warning my entire apartment was filled with extremely hazardous concrete dust to the point where it set of the smoke detector. After realizing what was happening I rushed to shut the windows and I saw that the construction workers were wearing full hazard suits and respirators. What about the tenants of the building who need to have their windows open in the middle of July? After contacting superintendent the response I received was "I believe it." Followed by a chuckle. This event is not the only oversight that has caused us problems. We returned home to a flooded bathroom and bedroom caused by a broken toilet component. Multiple people came into my apartment to deal with the emergency some of which I did not know. One of which yelled at me for not cleaning our bathtub drain and then left. Which was actually the reason we left the apartment to begin with. To find something to unclog our bathtub drain. They told us that plumbers would be coming. We were left to continue cleaning up and attempt to dry our belongings all the while not given any information as to who to expect to let into our apartment, when these plumbers were expected to come or what the work would entail. No more communication from management as to what to expect next or how to prevent this in the future. When plumbers arrived the next day to repair the toilet they mentioned that the faulty part should have been replaced a long time ago. Something that we as tenants have no way of knowing is required. And to top it off after the plumbers did come and fix the broken toilet they left their garbage all over.

DO NOT go to this apartment. The manager and supervisor, both are useless. Manager is not available over phone or you cannot meet this person in anyways. Only solution is you have to write a letter, drop in the box and wait for their call. They reach out if they like in letter form, otherwise no response. My queries never answered, never picked my phone calls by the manager. They don’t pick up our calls or respond to our questions if we have any refunds. This was my first apartment experience in Canada and that was terrible. I regret that I had to stay in this building for 1 year. When I signed for the lease, they didn't tell me that a big construction going to happen at the site. I work from home and the whole year I had to suffer the concrete drilling sound. It was horrible on day time. This is a place of never ending construction work. Sometimes they DO NOT tell you about the construction behind your unit. They increased my rent at the end of first year and I moved out. Funny part is, I had to suffer all these noise on the day time and pay them more for next year. Our unit's back door was not fully closing during the winter time and cold air was coming into the unit. Their repair person even didn’t fix it bringing new cushion. Rats were running in the unit when we moved here. Luckily that was fixed with my idea to check all heat outlets in the entire unit. Their worker checked only the one in the hall. Later, I requested him to check in the washroom and bedroom. Washroom hole was bigger than other two. This is an old building and their maintenance works are not good at all. Their repair person doesn’t bring new things to fix, instead just doing some adjustment temporary fixes. Closet doors fall out of the rail all the time. Kitchen shelves & draws are too old. Unit has a very small fridge. You don’t have much space to store stuff during this Covid-19 time or in winter time. You need to do shopping often. I was living in the second floor above the back entrance. Tenants smoke just under my unit and smoke comes inside. I complained many times to the supervisor and he didn’t do anything. Many of their tenants left the building and now they offer referral programs to get tenants. My recommendation is, find some other place to live with low rent and peaceful mind. This management would not do anything in favor of the tenants. During this heavy construction, they did not reduce the rent or give refund for parking car in other building parking lots. They behave well until you sign the lease or starting your tenancy there. Once you are in, they will show their color. Hence, it’s better to find another place to live. If you still go there, wait and see…..
