The bedrooms are extremely small. I am sooooo happy to be out of 20 Stonehill Court. And the manager in the office was just the same......he cant even speak properly. He has no communication skills. Manager is disrespectful and needs training. And the Elevators are always breaking down which made me late on many occasion.

Sherwin in the office is always ready, willing and available for assistance as well as Javier and Otto are always maintaining the upkeep of the premises. All knowledgeable and handy with a smile. Thank you for your continuous service.
A	Abdul Ahsan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office person in 20 stonehill court named Sherman I called to ask about parking and he told me they have outside parking, I asked where outside exactly and he told me I am wasting his time and he hung up the phone on me. Mind you I have lived here for years and this Sherman office person is newly working here and I have heard constant rumors about his bad behavior and I found out today on 04/19/2021 that the rumors are true. This is very unprofessional behavior and preston apartments should consider hiring a female who is educated for this position not a man looking to disrespect tenants and renters. He is not a fit representation for the building and I am still awaiting management to reply my email. I would like an apology. Otherwise the building was fine but no one can approach the office because they get cursed out. Can you do something about this preston apartments?

I loved the place and spacious rooms , but I found the staff very rude to talk with and not providing us proper information. I decided to leave that place immediately, I do not want struggle with that guy for one year. I feel so bad for all the residents who are living there currently and had to deal with that dude everyday. I read some reviews now and others are praising him like gentleman, Sorry I can’t say he is gentleman. He do not deserve to work there. Management should hire someone talented and generous person who has great communication skill.

Very unprofessional, no etiquette, and useless. The lady before him was wayyy better. I"ve heard a lot of bad things about him and how he treat tenants and I assure you they are all right! I don't know why Preston still keeps him as I'm sure there are plenty of complaints about this guy (I think his name is Sherman). He's so unapproachable and VERY RUDE!!!
C	Clifton Gonzaga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, I see too many negative reviews. My family and I have been living in the building since 2010. Till date, I never had issues with the building management. Mandatory inspections are always on schedule. If ever we had any sort of "reasonable" problem in the apartment, all we had to do was fill in a form (now online) and the matter was attended to and resolved well within a reasonable time. Sometimes almost immediately. Kudos to Otto, Javier and the Manager. Keep up the good work.
