C	Christine Harrison (hot-handle Cold-Hold) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an ok building to live in a lot of nice new upgrades on the pricey side looks very clean inside and out , I have spoken with the staff they seem helpful and friendly.
R	Rebecca Field (Bella) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elevators never work . They spend all the money on unnecessary outdoor sculptures when the building itself needs work. Management honestly sucks. Full of attitude and are rude all the time !!
K	Kay Marie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I lived here, they raised the rent $79/month and changed the whole front yard, put new carpets in hallways but didnt put any money towards any of the real issues inside the building such as rodents, roaches and maintenance.
T	Tais S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe there is only two good things here: one is that some apartments have new appliances - stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge, and the size of it it's actually really good, but the location and neighbors are not worth it. Second is you are walking distance to many shops, major grocery stores and that, but again not worth it when it's a dangerous place with weird people following or yelling at you. Management is good but the people living in this particular area have serious issues, someone was shot close to here months ago, they keep arresting people on the buildings and it smells like weed ALL DAY. Only 2 elevators, one is always busy or not working, people smoke in apartments and hallway, horrible smell. Laundry room in basement always busy. I'd say unless you are on a very VERY tight budget try to find something else.

Only two elevators for 16 floors. Most of the time 1 elevator won't work. There are times when both elevators won't work and I have to get down all 16 floors to come down. If anyone think you will get new appliances it is most likely you won't get. I didn't get new appliances when I started to rent. My dishwasher started giving troubles after few months. They took very long time to replace which is a annoying experience. The Horrible part is when my refrigerator stopped working they replaced with a old one which had DEAD COCKROACH in it. It has a weired smell (May be weed) all over lobby. I am experiencing this for last 2 years. Think twice (actually thrice) before renting. The only advantage I can think of this building is its location. It has no frills, Walmart nearby. They are worth of <1 out of 5 stars. JAN 2022 UPDATE :: They fixed elevator's issue and other issue popped out (Winter maintenance). From last 2 month's i don't see any outage with elevators. I hope elevator's will work seamlessly in new year. The winter maintenance is not good when we compare with other apartments in carabob court(Ex : 40 carabob crt). They won't clear snow on time and it can be very slippery which is a trip/slip hazard. Now i feel they are worth of 2 starts.
A	Ashlee Royale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building is gross. There’s roaches, management doesn’t care about the people that live here at all. There is pee in the stairwell. The residents are rude, make noise at all hours of the night and you can make all the complaints you want - management does not care. They “renovate” and charge disgusting prices for this dirty, nasty building. This building is huge, but they only have 1 person cleaning the building. She tries her best but the building is so cheap they can’t even hire more cleaners. Do not move here! Save your money and find another apartment that cares about the aesthetics of their building.
R	Reefer Madness: Origins RMO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The old tenants do not get proper service or renovations, being pressured to leave or move to a new unit which is 1.5x the rent. Even the new ones can struggle too with management. The heat is not good, and the hydro usage cannot be specifically measured by the apartment so as a new tenant you may be paying more than what you are using. There is noise from other tenants that is never dealt with quickly. The hallways have the most awful paint colour, a dark grey green instead of a more positive and standard egg white or cream. The stairwell is rotting in its pavement, and there is garbage up and down the stairs. The super is very unresponsive and can be sluggish. The manager has favoritism among specific tenants, and is unprofessional and apathetic. There have been roach, bed bug and mice infestations in past. There is garbage around the building at times. There is no cigarette bin/disposal. There is no compost bin. Just stating the facts.
