★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a couples massage. Ladies there were extremely unprofessional making comments about our physical appearances the entire time we were there, talking to each other in Chinese and completely ruined our first experience of a couples massage. Then demanded tips as we were leaving like it was their right not dependant on good service. We were so weirded out that we gave them tips only realizing a bit later how awful the whole experience was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the same experience as the woman who commented about the couples massage. I booked a 90 min massage, which was not the best I've ever had but was alright. She did however comment a lot of my body shape and weight and said the 90 mins was not suitable for me. Why did it matter i paid for it?! She also left the room a lot just to cough, and was chewing candy and gum under her mask. She also ended 5-10 mins early. Then demanding a tip. I gave 10, which was due to the all the experience i had, since front desk said i can decide how much i would like to give after the massage. She then got upset and said i should be giving at least 20 as a tip and i actually didn't have more to give but also felt uncomfortable at that point. She then with attitude stripped the bed of sheets and threw it on the ground and did not bother responding to me anymore when i was thanking her. Just had to see my way out. Completely not right. If you want that much money, either charge it from the beginning or tell people that is how much you're minimum expected to tip. Ridiculous.
