Dr. Navyn Naran is the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. she is a pediatrician and doesn't have patience at all. She doesn't have manners to talk with parents and doesn't know how to deal with kids at all.She doesn't want to answer and listen to your concerns. And if you ask her about your concerns, she will be very angry and leave the room even if you're waiting there for her response. Pls never ever see her. I clearly told my family doctor to refer some other pediatrician after my very first appointment with her. And also told Dr. Navyn on face that I don't want to see her again so don't book for next appointment.

Been taking my son here for 2 years . Never had to wait more than 10-15 mins in the main reception area. Then maybe 5-10 mins in the room. Dr Lovarato is really nice and upbeat. Recently (last 2-3 weeks) haven't gotten through after a couple phone calls but nothing serious

worst experience i have ever had with a β€œprofessional medicine” clinic. i had a first appointment back in december which was over the phone and never received the call link. waited six months for another appointment which was today could not find the location. We went to multiple placed and by the time i got here the doctor was too busy to see me because i was late for the appointment and they instead want me to come again next week. do you think we have endless time off that we can come here whenever convenient for you? then the receptionist starts fighting with us that we are aware that you have to go all the way to the corner of the GROCERY STORE to get to the medical clinic. i told them i don’t want another appointment while we were looking for this place i called them three times and no one picked up the phone. don’t bother coming here for doctor Basak she thinks its okay to send people driving around the GTA and has some superiority complex where she has to be asked for her services and they don’t bother specifying anything on their voice message service nor when you for once in a blue moon receive a call from the β€œnon existent, ghost secretary”. you are better off passing away then trying to get any services here. Quite ironic that they have a β€œno tolerance to aggressive behaviour” poster on their wall because the way they act make people want to become aggressive with them.

This is the worst clinic in Scarborough. The wait time is beyond ridiculous. Imagine being given a 10:45 Am appointment for a very active toddler and at 11:30 Am you are still waiting to see a doctor. Beside its alway a challenge to get a receptionist. So if you don't mind wasting your entire day then this is the Clinic for you. I can guarantee you, that you won't be disappointed.

Dr Wu is the most genuinely caring doctor who isn't there just to see as many patients as possible. She takes her time during her visits. I don't understand alot of the reviews who say it's difficult to get through on the phone. Simply leave a voicemail, and they call back within 2hrs max!! Thank you Dr Wu for being so caring!!!

Im confused by all the 1 star reviews. I walked in not knowing its by appointment only, called and they answered first call. At first the receptionist was going to book me an appointment for 5pm but when i told her my situation and that it was urgent she got me an appointment for 3pm - when the walk in doctor was starting for the day. The time of my appointment i didn't even have a second to sit down and wait before they called my sons name - no waiting at all, even to see the doctor!! The doctor went over and beyond giving me an option that would give me answers that night so my son could get a prescription if needed. - following up a couple days later they answered and had results in and scheduled me for a phone appointment with a regular doctor since the walk in wasn't in. I called at 4:15 and she scheduled me for a phone call for 4:45!!! Absolutely amazing experience!

This has been by far the worst patient experience I’ve had. Pro and cons to consider. Pro: 1. My baby (less than 1 year) has been seeing Dr Miller since she was a newborn. Dr. Miller is great - kind, compassionate, my baby was comfortable with her. Cons: 1. The first few appointments were for vaccinations. The experience was terrible because I would plan the appointments around nap and feeding schedules as far as possible but ended up waiting between 1-2 hours from my appointment time to see the doctor. During this time you can hear all kinds of screaming and crying and if your baby isn’t crying already, this is enough to cause distress during your 1-2 hour wait. After this, they get their vaccinations which is expected to be uncomfortable but is made worse by the wait. 2. The first step after you are called from the waiting area, is to weigh and measure the height and head circumference of your baby. As a new parent I followed instructions and was told my baby had to be naked for this. Not an issue except that I was told to keep her in just a diaper as the doctor will need to check her next. Waiting for no less than 40 minutes to be seen by a doctor with your newborn/infant in just their diaper seems ridiculous. 3. When I have called the clinic to book and appointment, my experience has been either that the phone lines are dead (this happened for at least 2 months) or I have to leave a voicemail. Nobody has ever just answered my call no matter what time I’ve called. 4. When I get a call back from the clinic, if I miss the call because I’m putting my baby to sleep etc., I have to go through my experience in Point 3 all over again. 5. Due to COVID and not wanting to expose my baby to any risks in the waiting area, I asked if I could wait outside and get a call when the doctor is ready to see me. I came in 4 minutes after the call and was not called into the room for another 15 minutes. When I raised this concern I was told all the rooms were full. As I waited I noticed an older child take their mask off in the waiting area. I will be transferring to another paediatrician as this is not sustainable. I hope this information is helpful to new parents/others who are on the lookout for a paediatrician

Don't bother trying to book. Tried to book a pediatrician appointment for my newborn but you only get voicemail everytime. It takes them more than a day to call you back and if you miss their call, you have to restart the whole phone tag. For a place that has so many doctors, their reception really sucks. In the end, after 2 weeks of trying, I just went somewhere else. Don't waste your time if you're in urgent search for a doctor for babies.
