★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been with this family of Dr’s since 1998. I work in the city but have always lived 60-100 km out of the city. I have been with Dr Shanaz and Dr Seema Dar for 22 years now. I would not change My Dr. Excellent care, compassion, they listen. Their front staff have always been courteous and helpful. Love the new office. Thank you for caring about and for people. My Dr cares about me and I like that she has my history.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although there is a receptionist, they never pick up the call. The family doctor is good. The receptionist should learn to respect other people time and urgency. I am already thinking of changing my family doctor since I have to keep on calling them to book an appointment. Very poor customer service.
