★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had my dental cleaning and my dental hygienist was Mel. I can tell she is an experienced hygienist as she always clean my teeth efficiently and effectively. The team is always very welcoming with a friendly atmosphere. Excellent service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a bit nervous at first heading in since I hadn't seen a dentist in years and have had some pretty negative experiences prior. I ended up going with Sheppard Village from reading other people's experiences at this clinic, and I'm glad to say that everyone I met at Sheppard Village Dental were super friendly and accommodating!
Everyone was very polite and took the time to explain everything in layman terms for my understanding. I never felt nervous throughout the process, and the whole examination with Dr. Luka and the cleaning with Amin were top notch! Thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sheppard Village Dental is a great dental office that has attention to detail and ensures their patients feel comfortable, are educated, and always feel special! I typically work with Andrea the dentist hygienist and Dr Luca the dentist who are wonderful and personable professionals. The reception staff are also always courteous and always offer answers and solutions to your requests. Overall very well run and professional office who like to keep it light and fun and engage their patients!

Each appointment he was very thorough and had to make sure he was happy with the result as well as me being happy with the result! I also come here regularly for cleanings and all the staff are friendly, kind and always helpful! ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get very nervous when I go to the dentist but here at Sheppard Dental they really take the time to put me at ease. The staff is caring and friendly which makes me feel like I’m in good and capable hands. Yesterday I got all my wisdom teeth removed, and it went very well. My nurse held my hand for a moment and said that I have the best doctor. This really put me at ease. My recovery is going very well.
Consider Sheppard Village Dental for your family’s dental needs, I sure am happy that I found this place after moving to Scarborough a year ago. Thank you to all the staff!

My partner and I found this place through Open Care and expressed how nervous we were going in, I have had some pretty bad experiences in the past. Lisa really took care of all our concerns and questions and really took the time to get to know us. They have been extremely accommodating with our schedules and ensuring we feel comfortable throughout the process of every procedure even if it was a simple cleaning. The dentists and orthodontist were extremely supportive and never pushed for solutions that weren't the right fit for me. Highly recommend for their customer service, expertise and support.

I was one of those people who hated to go to the dentist, and it was my very first visit to see a dentist. My first impression was outstanding. The attention to detail and there professionalism exceeded my expectations. The way they took time to explain all procedures in detail. Dr. Brach was my dentist and he explained me in detail after examining my teeth for the treatment. He's experienced, knowledgeable and very friendly. The girl (Sorry I forgot her name) who took my x-rays was super friendly and made me very comfortable and she was amazing. Mel the hygienist was amazing very friendly and experienced, she gave me a valuable suggestions while cleaning how to take care of my teeth, thank you Mel. Lisa the benefits specialist was very helpful and explained all the charges in detail. Amy at the front desk was nice and friendly. I’d like to thank all the staff at Sheppard Village Dental for your great service and making my experience amazing. I look forward to my appointments and will be coming here for all my dental needs. I proudly recommend their services to my friends and relatives.
