★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a regular patient, I highly recommend their services here. The staff are always friendly and very efficient. Carla the RMT is amazing. I work a very physically demanding job and Carla always provides outstanding care. They make patients feel very safe with their Covid-19 safety protocols. Highly recommended!

Carla did my massage yesterday and it was super relaxing.
I like the ambience, and cleanliness as well. And not to mention, the staff are very friendly and attentive.

I never been to a wellness centre that great with the exceptional services and treatments the staffs has provided. The staffs takes their time to explain the coverages and procedures in a friendly and very helpful manner. I always get a phone call reminder as well. Excellent services, keep it up! Thank you Charlene, Mary, Cynthia , and rest of the team

Ms. Yu Lian is highly knowledgeable of the pains and provides best service. Great clinic to go to if suffering from chronic pains :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed with the physiotherapist sadly I only went to her for many problems but she isnnot knowledge nor shares much information how to deal with the pain. She also doesn't do any hands one exercise for pain relief. Just put you on machine and you are done and at times got upset if more than 1 place is discussed!
All this I found out when I went to another extremely good physiotherapist. I was shocked , felt ripped off my this pysio at pro life when I know now there is so much patient care, education involved.but nothing of the likes happened at this center. So frustrated and sad but happy now to find an excellent physiotherapist who cares, well versed a d treats patient with evidence based information and hands on as well .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is NOT okay to use latex gloves when you massage your client. I wear a glove to protect myself from infectious diseases or when I am doing dirty work so my hands do not get dirty, for example, oil or grease, etc. Even if this is your business practice, you MUST inform your client in advance that the massage therapist will wear a latex glove throughout the massage session and if that is okay with you. Thank God, I don't have allergies related to it, otherwise, I would have sued you guys. My massage today was the worst massage ever. I have canceled all of my appointments with you. Never coming back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started my physio session with Pro Life a month ago, with Dr. Kanika Barry and it's absolutely amazing. They have very good covid protocols, clean and hygienic place. The treatment is going as well. I even got RMT done by Ningning Shang and the RMT session was really NICE!! I highly recommend this place to everyone.
