Procare Family & Walk-in Clinic

Iam going to this clinic for more than an year and half. On Sunday Dr Jeremy takes great care. All doctors Dr ramzy and Dr loka are good. Good amd helpful reception but she always has to handle lot of people they need two people on Sunday. Expect vert long waits here. On Sunday walkin it takes 3 hours most times, it's a small reception they need bigger place.

We been coming here for along time and Dr.Ramzy and Dr.Jamie have been amazing but the only issue is having the long wait time other than that they been good.

Had a great experience! I went here right when they opened and the doctor was able to see me immediately. She was kind and helpful. There's a pharmacy in the front for your medication needs. All in all I was in and out of here in 20 mins.

This clinic was my walk in at the begining abd after a couple of years I got it as a family Dr. They are great in everything nice receptionist great service especially Dr. Ramzy, Dr. Luka and please dont miss the health specialist Nahid in well being like food and work out advisor to lose weight, fat and colestrol. She is greatly a complement of this clinic.

I moved to the area about a year ago, and they have been my go-to clinic since then. Dr. Ramzy and his physician assistant, Yu Wang, are INCREDIBLE. When I needed medical attention during the shutdown, Yu Wang (only at the clinic on Saturday, at this time) treated me at the walk in clinic, and even booked a follow up call with me to see if I needed further help. I rarely met doctors who take that initiative, and that means a lot to me. Trust me, I am a physiotherapist myself, and I do follow up calls with my patients all the time, so it feels amazing to receive the same amount of care. The reason for all the seemingly bad reviews may be due to their long wait times, but they are doing their best. During the shutdown, there was barely any wait time. I recommend you call the office in advance, so you know how long it takes. The office has plexi glass and sanitizer everywhere, so you can feel safe inside. Rowena, the secretary, is very kind and helps me pass my messages to the doctor, who returns my call within the SAME DAY! The medical team works directly with the pharmacy staff inside the same clinic. My doctor's prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy electronically, and I have my medication within minutes. They also do free deliveries by the next day. Just today, I needed a prescription refill, so the pharmacy staff Rahim, told Dr. Ramzy to call me for a follow-up, which he did within an hour or so. Then, he sent the prescription to Rahim for it to be filled, and it will be delivered the next day. I truly appreciate their help, as it saved me precious off-work time, that I can spend relaxing, after treating 40+ hours of physiotherapy patients each week, during the pandemic. Truly, I feel like I have found my medical team home at this clinic. I hope you will give it a chance despite the reviews, since these may just be one side of the story! Front desk staff for the clinic is embarrassingly unprofessional, and incompetent. No manners, or customer service. Its a shame because Dr Loka is wonderful and caring, but not worth the whole experience.

The doctors here are always in a rush to go home and don't want to do their jobs. No matter what time you go in, they will say "I want to go home". They'll rush you, not look at what's wrong and even if you go for something as small and easy as getting a referral to a specialist, they will mess that up too and won't even send it after you leave. They do not try to be helpful and will give you the wrong advice because they don't want to be there, they just want to go home with all that high salary they earn. They will also end up giving you the wrong medications, specifically giving you medicine when you don't need it or giving you overly high doses. They gave me three anti-biotic pills per day??? They gave my family member heart medicines when he didn't need them??? They forgot to send two different referrals for me. We asked other doctors to confirm all this and they got concerned about the medication. My friend had her leg stretched out from falling and they just said she's fine and sent her off, because of the rush to go home. Her leg got worse and worse because of that. The pharmacy here is also horrible, they're slow and don't know what they're doing. I wouldn't trust anything within the pharmacy, they'll mess you up somehow and you'll have to wait like 1 hour just for the pharmacist to even start working on your prescription, which is what happened when I needed anti-biotics for an ear infection. Go to another clinic and you'll 100% have a better time. For prescriptions, there's a Shoppers Drug Mart in the same intersection as this clinic (Agincourt Mall) and also a nearby Rexall. You'll for sure have a better experience in those two than this clinic. I use the Agincourt Shoppers for prescriptions and they're fast, friendly and know exactly what they're doing and know what each pill does. Never go to Procare for anything, they'll make your health problems worse and you'll regret it. This is exactly the place where your health card is scanned, the clinic earns money but you get nothing in return.

Dr. Loka had saved my life... Her professional attention to details has given me profound comfort. The front desk staff has knowledge of each patient immediately. Such medical care makes me refer anyone in need with no hesitation. Thank you to the pharmacy also affiliated with this clinic.
