β β β β β Went there after buying a microdermabrasion package for my acne. They also sold me some other treatment package for my acne for over 300$. I ended up going to a dermatologist and most of my acne cleared up.
I told the staff that I don't need treatments for acne any more and asked for a refund. They said no.
They cant seem to comprehend that I don't need to treat my acne any more, that I live 4 hours away, I am not driving there just to get a treatment that I don't require any more.
They even refused a partial refund. Also they do microdermabrasion very fast and takes about 5 mins which is way too short. Staff is aggressive when it comes to selling services and their products.
I don't recommend them.

I bring all my friends with me and they Canβt believe how professional and how awesome their customer service is !!! My favorite thing is my friends actually became clients of the GOLDBERG medical spa as well !

β β β β β Fabulous experience i had during my first treatment! I definitely will be a repeated client & with their great pricing, you cannot go wrong although i believe quality over quantity, why not have both! Such a professional & friendly environment, very knowledgeable to the T.
Brought my family members & friends as well & they loved it.
i recommend The Goldberg Medical Spa 100%. Christine is a gem & staff are marvelous xxo

Nadia at front desk ensures protocols are in place and is knowledgeable of services provided. Nade, the technician, is skilled at her craft and is trust worthy with your skin care needs. I had a free consultation with Christine who recommended a skin care plan and I am happy with her honesty and professionalism. Highly suggest this Medical Spa.

β β β β β I initially found out about this clinic in November via Google and decided to call them to inquire about a specific procedure. When Nadia answered the phone, my impression was that she was very nice and had excellent phone etiquette. She answered all my questions and invited me to come in for a consultation.
When I went in for my consultation, I was greeted by Nadia and my technician Naderah, who is an absolute gem. She did a thorough consultation and went over the paperwork with me. She gave me her honest opinion about the procedure and talked to me about her experiences with it. Naderah made me feel extremely comfortable from the get-go and I knew I was ready to finally do the procedure I had been contemplating for years. Although I was not able to do the procedure right away, both Nadia and Naderah continued to follow-up with me until it was time to book me in for the procedure.
Four months later to the day of the procedure, I walked in and was taken into the procedure room right away. Everything was a smooth and swift process. I was greeted by Nadia and Naderah again, along with 2 other staff members. They were all super friendly, warm & gorgeous! Such a great team.
The atmosphere is very pleasant, especially considering the unprecedented times we are all facing with the current pandemic. The area is extremely clean and all covid protocols are in place.
As someone who is passionate about great service, I would absolutely rate the staff at this clinic a 5/5 stars and will continue to explore further services with them! Thanks for everything!
