★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst clinic i have ever visit in my entire life. Unfortunately, there is no option to give worst than one star. The doctor treatment is the worst, the doctor will come to you with his expression on his face.. like speak fast i wan to go, you will literally feel he just wants to get rid of you to go home/next patient. They won’t take their time to explain you well, to understand your health concerns. I am not telling you this happened once this happened to me twice at this clinic. On the phone same thing. I swear this is the worst place you can register your family doctor which I did, don’t waste your time and energy to go at this clinic. I have waste my energy, blood, and time. Hope you read this and saves yours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to do a PCR Test for Travel with this medical clinic. Guess what? I was tested POSITIVE on the day of travel with no symptoms of COVID. I complained to the clinic and there was NO ACTION from their end. It was hours away from my flight so I did another PCR test at another lab a couple of hours later and which came up as a NEGATIVE Test. Ultimately I paid over $500 for 2 PCR Tests. After multiple calls to the clinic, email reminders and walking in to the clinic to speak face to face I was told that there is unfortunately no refunds! I am taking this to the media and better business bureau. DO NOT DO TRAVEL PCR TESTS HERE PLEASE!! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the worst clinic I’ve been to. I waited for more then an hour patiently and when i saw Dr. Abounaja, he didn’t even listen to my concerns. He didn’t explain me anything and sent me to the pharmacy. So unprofessional!!! Don’t waste your time heree

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a rubbish clinic. I called ahead of time to ask for an appointment and if my insurance is going to be covered, i was told from the other line that I can come anytime and that my insurance will be covered. I arrived at the clinic after few days and the receptionist/nurse manager told me that I dont have appointment and that my insurance is not covered. I told her about the instruction that I was told few days ago, then she started ranting about her years of experience in the company (like seriously???) The only action she can do is to investigate who that staff is in a very rude manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Clinic denying prescription other than their own physio. Just group of greedy people understanding nothing other than money. Receptionist doesn’t even try to understand what i was asking ‘just pay $80 on repeat’.

One thing I noticed about their receptionist (idk her name) was that she was very experienced, calm, and she was dealing very patiently with others, and over the calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had the worst experience dealing with this clinic. The rudest receptionist - who blames it on patient for waiting hours or days at end to wait to get to their doctors. I’m pretty positive the doctors don’t even get the messages to reach out to the patients who can’t make it to the clinic. Clearly they only prioritize walk in patients and god forbid you’re waiting to pick up your reports! They won’t diarize that in their records and call you a liar for not showing up for consultations. I have been having covid like symptoms with severe cough and chest pains and have been wanting to get a phone consultation to avoid putting others at risk. And guess what, was called out on calling them (multiple times as they don’t answer the calls on first few tries and if someone lets you know the doctor will call you- that ain’t happening), saying I’m not the only person waiting for them.
Looks like it’s my mistake i chose them as my clinic. Will most definitely be switching.
