As a first time home buyer, I was naturally nervous. I was recommended by a cousin to go to Sabbir Khan, and from our first conversation ever, he put me at ease. He showed me numerous homes, never pressuring me to settle. In fact, and this is the most important part to me, he actually advised me on which homes he thought I should stay away from, even if I had liked it on the surface level. As a first time buyer, there were many nitty gritty details that I was not even remotely aware of. He taught me a lot through out the whole process, and the lessons stuck. So this year, when it was time to buy my second home, I naturally went to him. And once again, Sabbir Khan came though. He never once complained about the numerous showings all across the GTA. He was always on time. And once again, he dissuaded me from making the wrong purchase.
