Ellesmere sleep disorder clinic wouldn't even fax my prescription to the company I wanted to buy it from. I requested as a patient.they refused and said that they would ONLY fax it to ''cpap solution ltd' situated right downstairs to them. The doctor is excellent. It is the front office that gives you worst service and gives you a run around. Please don't even step a foot inside CPAP solutions Ltd. All they care about is get the maximum of your benefits and maximum cash payment.

Had a great time. Place was nice and spacious also really clean. The woman doctor that I got was really nice and helped me a lot. 100% recommend this place. If I could come back I would definitely come back no doubt.

The follow up doctor calls from a private number. My phone never rang and it went straight to my voicemail twice. When I called the clinic to inform them the same. The person on the other end asked if I had a sleep study tonight, I said no and before I could say another word, she said "call in the regular business hours THANK YOUUU, HAVE A GOOD DAYYYYYYYYY" sarcastically and hung up, did not answer back again.

Female doctor did phone consultation was rude. Her tone of voice was not accepting. She did not even introduce herself with her last name. She wanted to know how my sleeping was. I explained to her that I have had an issue but since becoming a nurse working shift work it has been more difficult to deal with the lack of sleep. Due to the inability of not being able to change my job She basically told me there was nothing they could do. That I would always have the inability to get to sleep and stay asleep. Will no continue to go for sleep study or blood work. Will look for a separate place to do consultation.

They force me for book appointment same day they called. And I was in absence mind, i confirm it. Suddenly i remember i have to go somewhere for urgent family matter. That lady on the phone she threatening me for no showoff $150 charge will be send. And she talk so rude on the phone. I do not have any idea how come people visiting there and sleep peacefully ? Already front desk lady give me anxiety. Not only that my mom and sister been there, thay said people on night shift not professional at all. Talk rude and treat you like , you already sick with sleeping problem. What else you can accept from Scarborough ? Owner of this clinic and supervisor of this clinic highly recommended to take care of front desk lady. I forgot to ask her name but I'll make a official complaint about that lady. DO NOT GO THERE !!!

They were great. The sleep study was done very well, they are very responsive to your calls and very professional.

If you have an appointment at this sleep clinic, cancel it and reschedule it somewhere else! My fiancé had a sleep study done about a year ago at a different clinic, and his experience was quite comfortable - I expected similar based on his description when I arrived at this clinic for my study. Although outwardly the room I was placed in seemed tidy, upon closer inspection it was actually not thoroughly cleaned. The bed was a Murphy bed, underneath was quite dusty, and there was only one flat sheet and a very old pillow placed over the very worn out mattress. I lifted the flat sheet to find the mattress had no proper cover on it, it seemed it had at one time had a cover but had since been ripped and was falling apart. There was hair and debris stuck to the mattress. Thankfully I brought my own pillow as the one they provided was similar to the mattress - questionably clean and had old hair stuck to it. The bathrooms seemed fairly clean albeit old. My biggest concern, however, was that I didn't see a single air purifier in the entire facility. Obviously during a sleep study you sleep without a mask, and the different rooms often had doors open or ajar as the technicians traveled between patients. Yes, this is an office building, but my endodontist is in the same building and I was told by my endodontist that the building ventilation does not have appropriate air exchange or disinfection for Covid, and as such my endodontist has air purifiers in every exam room. I would expect the same for a sleep clinic but was disappointed. The ventilation system was also very loud which did not promote a restful sleep. The wiring process was very straightforward, and the technician very thoroughly explained the process which I did appreciate. However, when it came time to sleep, I was only offered one very thin crochet-style blanket. I'm a cold sleeper and asked if additional blankets were available, and was abruptly told no. The best they could offer me was another flat sheet. So my total bedding for the night was 1 flat sheet over a run down mattress, 1 thin crochet blanket and 1 flat sheet on top. I was freezing, and the mattress was collapsed in the middle and as such I slept very poorly. On the information sheet it dictates that the wake up time is between 6:15 and 6:30. I was woken up at 5:15 and expected to be out at 5:30 which was very jarring as I had arranged for my fiancé to pick me up in the morning around 6:45. When I asked the technician why I had been woken up so early, I was only told it was because they needed to clean. It seemed to me they just wanted to get out of there early. Unfortunately I cannot attach photos to this review for some reason but believe me when I say the state of the room when inspected closely was appalling. Avoid this clinic if you can!

We have had a nice experience all together. It was for my wife. She was so comfortable with all their assistance, guidance and behaviour. Doctor was so helpful. With patience she clarified all the problems my wife has. Above all, we got so much upfront help from them to buy CPAP machine so that my wife gets treatment quickly. Particularly I should mention the name Ferdausi, she is an amazing helpful person.
