Even if you take an appointment you will still have to wait more than an hour hence no point in taking an appointment and best to just walk in however doctor is good hence it is worth waiting if it is walk in.

Went there on a weekday and there wasn’t a queue fo X Ray. The staff was very helpful and courteous and I was out the place very quickly. Highly recommended

Very bad experience, its will be better if its according to "first time first save " as they says but it's all depends on who u are and who you know, if it your first time bare in mind that you will wait round about 3 hours, people will come in and still lv you there.

Arrived around 1pm to find out the doctor doesn't arrive until 2pm and had appointments scheduled at that time, so as a Walk in would have to wait a few hours. You should really update your signs and information so people don't waste their time!

sweltering temps and a very long wait for a walk in when a requisition takes two min. i was second one in office for a period. secretary great. doc was female and wouldn't give me scissors to remove my adhered splint which hurt trying to tear off. zero compassion and a nasty attitude

The staff at the desk were very nice, but the female doctor was very cold and rude.I was there for the first time and she never introduced herself when she came in the room after me waiting for more than an hour to see her. Spent one minute in the room and she left without saying goodbye. I wont come back again for sure!

A wise doctor once told me, you can tell a lot about a clinic's quality of care based on their RECEPTIONISTS! I had the displeasure of speaking with a lady at reception "Bushra" (not sure if that's spelled correctly). 1) Efficiency: She couldn't perform a basic patient search. She asked for my health card number, I provided it for her but she kept mixing up the numbers. Then no name came up. She asked for my birthday, I provided it. Nothing. Then she asked for my name, and I spelled it out using the proper NATO phonetics VERY SLOOOOWLLLYYY, but she still managed to mess that up. Then she asked for my health card number again because it's apparent this woman has not heard of a simple "copy and paste" feature. And note to Bushra: if the patient doesn't show up in patient search, maybe make a new profile instead? Just a thought! 2) Not patient focused: I got off that excruciating phone call with Bushra drowning in frustration. She did not tell me which doctor I will be seeing, or what my appointment type is (Phone? In person? Video/OTN?) 3) SHE HUNG UP ON ME MID SENTENCE! When I was trying to ask this poor excuse of a receptionist what type of appointment I'll be having, she just said "okay, bye" and hung up. I had to call back, sit through this clinic's annoying greeting, press 3 to speak with a receptionist, only to get this woman on the line again and point out to her she hung up on me while I was trying to ask her a question. I've never had a disastrous interaction at a physicians office. But after this 10 minute conversation with Bushra, I can tell this place is disorganized. If I can't trust Bushra to get a 10 digit health card number correct, my name spelled out phonetically and very slowly correct, or to clearly tell me what my appointment type will be... then CLEARLY I shouldn't trust these doctors who hired her to provide health care. Note to this clinic: Your receptionists/staff are a reflection on you. Don't just hire to fill positions as you clearly did with this woman. EDIT: All of this lead to me cancelling my appointment. I'm sorry, I just can't trust this clinic based off of this initial interaction.

I went for Dermatologist visit with Dr Jennifer Tran, I was provided with accutane one month later i did not see any difference. I had a follow up appointment booked for 1:45pm via telephone i contacted the receptionist at 1:50pm and said i have not received a call, she said the Dr will call you soon. I called back at 2:15pm and said I am still waiting. At this point the receptionist is going to tell me i was booked for in person consultant! GROOOOSSSS INCOMPETENCE.. imagine i called you and you looked at my appointment and confirmed my telephone number and then said i will be contacted via telephone and then suddenly i no longer have a phone appointment. I shifted my schedule around to facilitate this phone call and this receptionist is going to blame me for their incompetence. Ive never been so infuriated in my life. I have never felt the need to write a google review! but this is the highest level of disrespect and disregard for my time and I am so infuriated! Im not even seeing a difference in my skin!!!! No remorse, no apology ....nothing! I regret going to this dermatologist! worst experience ever!
