Pathetic Clinic. for my kids dental issues, they have called and informed for the next appointment which is next day at 1.30PM and my son has to be hungry for 9 hours before the appointment. How can one expect a child to be hungry till 1.30PM and not having anything before that, When I asked the called to reschedule the appointment for some other day and early morning, the so called called a really rude lady who calls herself as a "MANAGER" of the clinic said you don't have a choice, REALLY??? and if you want to reschedule there will be charges of $280.00. because we are cancelling the appointment in less than 5 days. HA HAAA. You are booking an appointment in just above 24 hours and you are asking for $280 to re-schedule it because we didn't inform 5 days before to cancel it, LOLz. Now, before fixing an appointment they should have discuss the timings with the PARENTS but nothing has been done and MANAGER just informed us, your kid's appointment is tomorrow at 1.30PM with 9 hours fasting. When I asked can I speak to my son's dentist, she said not possible. I AM THE MANAGER of the clinic and you are not allowed to speak to anyone else. I had a very good experience with the dentist and the nurses, they were kind, gentle and friendly but what about their management? Earlier I had given 5* because of their nurses and dentist taking care of the children very well but now it is not even 1* because of the MANAGER and the way she behaved, not listening and discussing things and just imposing her things. We as parent understand that clinic might have some implications too but there is nothing that can't be sorted out with discussions. Seems like she is frustrated in her life and taking out those emotions on the clients. Please make sure to discuss such things before making an appointment in this clinic, their dentists and nurses are really good but you can only reach them VIA so called MANAGER ... Good luck Jan 4,2021 - I see the reply from Sunrise Dental Clinic which was posted a week ago, but to update, I have never received any call from the clinic till date and I really doubt to receive it in future as well.

I'm very pleased with how well all the staff is able to handle young children. My toddler loves going to the dentist because of it! All our experiences between the ages of 2-4yrs old have been so positive. I'm also thankful for all the great advice we've been given as the staff is so informative and knowledgeable.

The team at Sunrise are all kind and welcoming. The atmosphere in the office is fun and enjoyable for kids. My daughter has had visits with Dr Katy and she is just the kindest and most caring Dentist. She explains everything so well and is such a warm person. I highly recommend this practice.

My son was seen at the Kingston rd location but needed to be put to sleep & due to his small size we were asked to come to the Scarborough location. Dr. Sharma was amazing with going over what he was going to do and made me feel at ease and comfortable. The Anesthesiologist was amazing as well as the nurse and receptionist. Will definitely be brining my kids back for any future visits.

My son had his first pediatric dental checkup here and I couldn’t be happier with how it went. The staff/dentist are amazing. So friendly and understanding, and really know how to interact with children. Usually he does not like going to any type of doctors office, but there was very minimal crying/fussing here. Absolutely recommend!

I recommend Sunrise Kids Dental to everyone. The staff were very polite and made us feel welcome. Dr. Lisa is an absolute Rockstar! She answered all my questions patiently and made my little boy have a very positive experience. The diversity at the clinic is also a huge plus for us! Staff were very accommodating with my last minute request for an appointment regarding my child’s torn crown. The dentist was also pretty thorough with examining my child’s teeth and clearly explained the necessary procedures. The staff were also really friendly with the kids - my daughter was thrilled to receive a little toy at the end of her appointment. It’s far from home now but definitely worth the trip.

Amazing staff combined with amazing dentists, nurses and anesthesiologists. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Dr. Lisa, Mann and the nurse that took the time to explain everything in detail. Thank you also to the staff that was constant in touch to schedule her procedure. Most importantly, thank you for the patience, kindness and support you provided to our daughter and us. You all are simply amazing!
