★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been 1 year under direct dental care with Dr Massad, and over 15 years at this dental establishment.
Needless to say, my experiences and services i receive is highly rated.
The assistants and Dr have always taken the time to inquire how i am doing, ensure i am relaxed during procedures, and would follow up with a phone call after a challenging procedure.
Very professional , supportive, as well a little humour.
Thank you Dr Massad and staff.

Her assistant and secretary are very friendly and professional so I always feel comfortable! Definitely the best dentist I’ve had, so if you want top tier service go to them.

I had a number of issues with my teeth which she fixed and helped me recover from all the toothache I have had in the past year. The rest of the team is great too. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have attended this dental office for the last five years. I was with the prior doctor, Matta, a calm and professional person.
Now, Dr. Lina is very accessible and professional. The current office is ran by an amazing receptionist who is courteous and responsive. The dental assistants are great and do their jobs well. The office is understanding and reciprocates respect. I like attending this Scarborough office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Lina is quite excellent. First her friendly and calm demeanor puts you at ease, then you find that she is very gentle as she works on your teeth.
For anyone who might be a bit nervous about getting into the dentist's chair, this is the dentist you've been looking for.
I'm also quite impressed with her team, starting with Mei at the front desk who will welcome you and do any necessary screening and into the dental assistant who will get you prepped in the chair.
I also like that they have updated imaging technology and can send updates and appointment reminders via text.
An altogether enjoyable visit to the dentist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never visited any dental clinic for 2 years due to anxiety and when I muster up to visit this clinic, I was extremely satisfied with everything.
Dr. Lina was the nicest and thorough dentist by far. Along with Miss Editha, the dental assistant, my first procedure went really well as they were both very gentle and made sure I was comfortable all throughout. Also Miss Mei, the dental admin, is always willing to help out with any questions or concerns that you may have.
I always try to recommend this clinic to friends and families who are looking for dental health care. Overall: 5/5
