The service is so bad I want to give it a 0, but that's not possible so I'll give it a 1.... I have called several times, waiting at least 30 minutes per call to speak to someone and have yet been able to get a hold of someone to talk to. Make sure you can make your intial apppointment before booking, because something as simple resceduling an appointment is an absolute nightmare at Corcare. Very poor client care!

Its a nice medical specialists office for heart diagnosis n consultation. Various tests are conducted. Nice n curtious staf, Excellent Doctors. Free parking.

The healthcare workers here are rude and disrespectful, I'm shocked there letting such rude people still work at this place. I took my grandmother to this place to get a cardiac perfusion test, and the lady doing the test had zero patience! My grandmother has a hard time hearing, so I had to repeat things a few times before she would understand, I was also her translator. While I was translating for my grandmother, the lady doing the test goes" I'm done, I don't have time for this! I thought you'd have your answers ready beforehand". I found the ironic because English wasn't here first language either. Who says something that? like how was I suppose to know what questions she was going to ask my grandmother. Obviously as an elder she can't hear properly so you need patience to get her answers. I also overheard a conversation with an another elderly patient in the room next door, and the health worker there was being extremally disrespectful to him as well. I REALLY HOPE MANGEMENT LOOKS INTO THIS AND TAKES ACTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. STOP HIRING PEOPLE LIKE THIS. IF THIS PLACE KEEPS OPERATING LIKE THIS, IT WILL CLOSE DOWN. DISSPOINTING.

Refused to be seen because I have PTSD & anxiety and don’t wear a mask. They expect patients to wear mask during a cardio stress test how is that proper health care. So while they try to explain policies which they seem to care more about than the oath that they took about providing care I’m standing there without a mask breathing the same air. Hypocritical if you ask me. BUT they will let me do it without when I have my Dr provide a note sooooo what’s the difference? A piece of paper no longer allows me to spread covid and now all of a sudden the tech is β€œwilling to risk it” ????

What a nightmare. The staff is rude, unprofessional and unorganized. I wish I could give a 0 star rating. The doctor I saw seemed to give very little care or concern into figuring out what my condition was. The front desk are unorganized and rude. The manager, I believe her name was Agnes Kalmar, was ignorant and unprofessional. Someone needs to come into this clinic and train the staff on customer service or simply fire the staff and rehire. Please start with Agnes. This is a 0/5 star review, not 1.

Thanks to Dr. Lim for the thorough neurology consultation. Answered all my questions and took action to search for more information (scans, bloodwork etc) on my care. Highly recommend. Also appreciate the professionalism and compassionate support provided by Diane (if I’m not mistaken for spelling) among others at the front desk during my visit today. Super clear and to the point.

I am Keemla Nuckchedee, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. N.D’Mello and her secretary. D’Mello has been my cardiologist since 2014 and she has saved my life. She is very thorough in her field. Her constant care, follow-up, kindness and professionalism are highly commendable. She has this special personal human touch that uplifts your morale. She is an outstanding doctor. Even during the Covid, I remember she took the time, to see me on an in-person visit. No less goes to her secretary who is very helpful, caring, professional and has always diligently kept in touch whenever needed. More can be said, but these few words are a gesture of appreciation and trust.

The service here is absolutely terrible. I asked Dr. Kukreja if I could get a copy of my test. Dr. Kukreja told me that the staff would email me a copy of my 3 tests. A few days go by and I still have not received an email from Corcare. I send them an email following up, requesting my reports as promised by Dr. Kukreja. They call me a few hours later informing me that I have to pay a $15 fee to get the report. I spoke to the manager Agnus who was rude, lacked compassion and understanding. First of all, a $5/ report fee to email to a patient is absurd. Second of all, I was told I would be sent these reports via email no problem and no fee was mentioned. Not only am I the one following up, when again I was told these reports would be emailed to me, but I am also rudely told I have to pay a fee to obtain my test reports. It's unfortunate we pay so much money in taxes to fund clinics and services like this with no incentive to treat people well and promote a strong customer service experience. I didn't even mentioned how they got my family Dr wrong twice and they called me and booked me for the wrong specialist for my first appointment. I'm sure there are good people who work with Corecare however Agnus and rest of the staff that I had with misfortune of coming into contact with were unprofessional, rude and completely disorganized.
