H	Human Mortal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one star is for the phone service - don't bother, on hold now for over two hours though apparently they are not busy. However, apart from that, the staff are quite good in person and the doctors are very good and competent.

I feel TERRIBLE for the doctors that work here and aim to provide residents essential medical care while they are stuck with uncaring staff that can't even pick up the phone. Shame on you guys.

I’m sure the doctors are professionsal, but I cannot believe how the front staff are even employed here. Very rude and unprofessional. This is my first time reviewing for anything on Google, but this place really derserves it. Replace your receptionists.

I have been going to see him since he first started his One-Stop Medical Centre Family Practice at Markham and Lawrence. We have always been treated with respect and received Excellent Medical Care. He is continually trying to come up with new ideas to accomodate his patient's and his fast paced expanding Practice. Thank You Dr. Van!!!!

They should have her in a back room where she doesn't have to interact with the public. She doesn't know how to speak to people and is very rude. The doctors are descent but the secretaries and even the accountant are very rude.
P	Parul Raina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at this clinic utterly ridiculous and disrespectful. Its extremely difficult to get appointments booked over the phone, via text or email. It took me 2 months to get an appointment booked that too after going directly to the clinic, which was cancelled a day prior to the appointment and next appointment was offered 3 weeks later. The staff spoke with me in a very condescending manner. I hope these people understand that people want to visit because they medical conditions not for having fun which can be delayed.
L	Lorelei E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience at One-Stop Medical Centre. It was more casual than what I'm used to, but it made me feel comfortable. The front staff was very helpful, I wish I got their names but the girl that was helping me was new and it seemed like she was in training, but she was doing a great job too. It definitely seemed like a very team oriented environment, and they were very friendly to one another and to all who walked through the door. Dr. Van made me feel very comfortable. I came in there for a travel consultation and received some vaccines and a prescription for my trip. He was very knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, and genuinely a nice person. Markham and Lawrence is a little bit out of my way, but I would come back here again 100%! Thank you for making me feel like I'm not just another patient Dr. Van! Great experience with you and your staff.
