I wish him all the best and also proud of him as he belongs to Bangladesh. Front desk people are struggling to manage the Bengali patients , as they try to manipulate. Nahid Kabir
S	Sumaya Afroj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally don’t like to write bad reviews but their receptionist and their service are terrible. You have to be very lucky if you can get them through a call . They never receive the call . One of them was talking to someone about their personal life and passing the people to the next receptionist lady. But the doctors are amazing! In my 5 years experience , I never had a bad experience with any doctors.

Not only that, the admin also are not helpful, do not know answers to basic questions. The waiting times for appointments is also SO BAD. I literally had to wait 3 hours for a B12 shot which I had made an appointment for. Even phone call appointments suck. I was called FIVE HOURS AFTER my appointment and then they gaslight you. Service sucks. Please go to another clinic, any clinic is better than this one. Absolutely awful experience.

The doctors even the back/resident ones are good, qualified and sincere. I highly recommend this as a walk-in and family physician service center.
I	Iram Nadeem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I donno what's the fascination of having a Bengali doctor!! My mother goes to this clinic because they have Bengali speaking doctor. The wait hour sucks. At every appointment the wait hour is at least 2 hours, some days it was 4 hours even after having pre booked appointment. For patients time is valuable. At least they can give a proper time frame so that we don't waste time!! Poor management...
P	Pro Eye on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are very nice. I have been going to this clinic from the time they started. They had an awesome service before. Now i guess they have more patients they are not able to handle properly. Getting a call connected with the receptionists is itself a big achievement now. As soon as the phone rings the receptionists says " Pls, hold" and now its the waiting time. After waiting for more than 5min calls gets disconnected. Same thing happens even when I call back again " Pls, hold" and call gets disconnected after 5 min. Am not sure if management is aware of it. If they were aware of the issues I guess they would be at least replying to the review's in google. This itself shows they don't care. Pandemic is over and still long waits to get the call connected and long waits to get an appointment and long waits when u come to meet the doc. What's happening??????
