After trying with so many other offices and wasn't successful, you people has really put a smile on the face of me and my family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please note I am retracting this today on, April 26th, 2022. What happened was not Immigration's fault:
"In April 2021, I reapplied to renew Permanent Residence Card. I've been in Canada 40 years. You cannot fill out the form unless you pay first, which is fine. But I forgot to send a requested "proof of payment." They sent my whole package back to me and said they could not process it because of that. IT IS VERY frustrating. I re-sent it to them and sent a credit card statement proof of payment. Not heard anything. Seen no family since the pandemic due to border closures and now this. The "red tape" process of this is wrong."
April 26th, 2022:
NOTE WELL!!: I owe Immigration an apology! I found out I was scammed on a site that looked like Canada Immigration but it was not legit. So I paid $99 for nothing and that is why Immigration did not receive my payment. Be careful on the internet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I also agree with other people who feel that this office should be given zero star. Applied for citizneship in 2019. I am irritated with their speed of work. They do not follow any process. People who applied in 2021 has started getting citizenship while people from 2019 are getting ignored. If you will raise web query, you will only get COVID excuse, Ukraine excuse, Afganistan excuse but no update related to your application. IRCC has hired immature staff for Scarborough office..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This office deserves ZERO star. Applied for Citizenship in March 2019 and it is more than 3 years. There is no update from this office even after sending multiple reminder. I paid more than 100K to Canadian government as tax from my income and my tax got wasted on paying salary to such office. This is very shameful. This office is making their best effort to convert this country from developed to developing country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big office space, for interviews about 8 counters, but now only 3 officers available. Service people at the entrance to the office are very kind and helpful Also now open here in person citizenship oath at this location. There were about 40 people at one time.
