★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience in my life paid application fee no response after 8 months called them one very rude guy pickup phone after two hours and said I have to just wait for the date .huge wast of our tax money as well application fee too I am still waiting from jun 2021 . Will update review after getting call from LTB (already one year passed)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reading these reviews is hilarious. People calling it a waste of tax money.. you know what the problem is? The government doesn't give it enough money to do the job well. The LTB is chronically underfunded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel like you need to be able to reach SOMEONE to be able to offer a review. I have tried 9 times over 2 weeks to get through. I have been on hold for close to 5 hours in total and the only result I've gotten so far is somewhere around the 30-40 minute mark I hear "We are sorry, due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to process your call at this time" and I'm hung up on. Not sure I could imagine a more frustrating experience.
