Long line outside.
Not recommended because of standing in long line outside in Canadian weather and dust from the main road.
(No cash accepted due to covid-19)
This office was very good before 2020.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience service you would ever had. I’m here to renew my family members health card today, and I would have to do some translations. We are two people only, I don’t understand why would they have to gave us such a bad attitude (by yelling?!) why don’t your people ask for the ppl whoever talking on their phone to put their mask on? I would forgave them if this is the first time, however they are always rude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I been in so many service Ontario locations but this location is my favorite and I feel so comfortable despite the lineups due to COVID and there is no one can do anything about it the employees here has lots of knowledge solving your needs.
All The employees are lovely speciallyTina and Anna, hope to have more people like them.
It will always be my favorite and see you guys soon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a longest waiting line outside of this SERVICE ONTARIO, I don't know why, but government should open another service Ontario centre in near by region, so people can get easy and quick assistance and make their life easy and fast. Hope my message will reach to government for this request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst ever experience one could have. I went to this place thrice to apply for an OHIP card. Even with all the right documents they come up with issues that is absolutely not our fault and have zero knowledge or express zero help on how to get it rectified. Will never recommend this place to anybody. The staff are absolutely non helpful and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place. Usually the line in long in the mornings. If you can come just 3 hours after their opening time, you can save a long wait time. Because most people think morning time is the safest time, so most will go in the mornings.
