β β β β β Wish there was a 0 star review. All lack terrible customer service especially the disgusting owner worst behaviour i have seen from someone who owns a business. She thinks she above everyone who comes to the store tells me not to have my kid near the clothes as he can knock them down and she will have to pick them up. Prices are cheap but the quality of clothing is terrible once its out of the wash they look like they been worn multiple times and look so bad avoid this place at all costs.

β β β β β I would give this place a negative rating if I could! THE LADY NAMED NATASHA is extremely RUDE! She has no sense of customer service! This is the last time I am ever shopping at her flithy store! She needs to take some lessons on keeping her customers happy! Her disgusting way of speaking with her customers will shut her store one day!

β β β β β Horrible customer service the owner is the most unappealing person ever. She lacks basics ethics on greeting customers & holding a positive attitude. She speaks to you in a condescending manner when you ask a simple question regarding sizing, she replies rudely saying "sister this is my job we do this everyday, we know what size fits you & not" it's funny because she thinks by calling you sister she's being polite but her tone & mannerisms are very disgusting. Also, the suits are stiched poorly, they stich it very close to the armpit, so in order to fit to a certain size you have to size up because chances are it will be tight from the armpit area, for example my bust size if it is US 8 or 38, I have to wear the size medium as that is 38 inches bust but the owner says take size L because she measures my bust as 43 or 44 giving almost 6 inches of space due to the ill fitted stiching around the armpit area of the suit. This then gives you an oversized suit from everywhere minus the bust & armpit area due to the ill stiching. I know the prices are cheap but honestly it's not worth it considering you deal with a bad attitude.

β β β β β The dresses are stunning and good price, but the ladyβs attitude is BAD. She literally raises her voice at customers at times. She has an airpod in and video chats her family the whole time, and gives dry rude answers to customers questions. Iβm pretty sure sheβs the owner. I know multiple south asian women who have come to this store and their only complaint is the complete lack of customer service. If her dresses werenβt such a good price I would not want to give her my business.

β β β β β Clothes are good. Store availability not bad. Parking spaces limited/ crowded. No fitting room. No Exchange or Return. Customer service is zero, if I could give her,,, I mean the owner Minus stars or nothing I would be very happy. The owner likes argumentative conversation and blame other people with so much attitude also zero in listening. The owner is very rude and ready to fight.
