★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t usually leave reviews however I’ve been meaning to leave a review for Joseph Matthews for a long time now.
I’ve been shopping at Adidas over 10 years and by far Joseph Matthews’ customer service is beyond great. He is always smiling, extremely helpful and to bad for us he is an excellent sales person, I always go to buy a specific piece and I end up leaving with bags lol
Recently I decided to check Scarborough location, I was welcomed by the entire team and impressed by the selection, organization and the atmosphere in the store.
Joseph one more time put a big smile on my face with his contagious vibe and service. Thank you Joseph and Adidas for your beautiful products, you have a customer for life!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Adidas store beside "House of Hoops" and "Lids" and found the experience well but I have one complaint, at checkout I asked if there was a possibility to have a discount on the item I was purchasing but the cashier told me even if I sign up to be a member there wont be a chance that I receive a discount right away. But when I went home and checked my email I saw that Adidas had given me 15% when I signed up at the store (that email was sent right when I signed up). So some employees need to be educated further on store rewards and policies to ensure the customer has a effective and trustworthy experience.

The salesman (tall black dude) whom I asked for help , lied to me that he doesn't work there when I needed help and when I was at the billing counter to pay for my product, he was helping another lady. He seems to be attending only lady customers and I saw him saying NO to another guy as well when I was at the store. Addidas Canada really need to keep an eye on these kind of employees who could ruin your business and reputation. Really upset and felt insulated by this employees behavior.
