★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get a cut & I was so amazed, I love it! I’ve never loved my hair more! Thank you to diba she was so patient & very much experienced! She did exactly what I asked for! Long layers with curtain bangs loved the fact that she kept most of my length! Definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there last week to get my brows done and it’s been my favorite brows I’ve had in years! Pami the Indian lady she did my eyebrows and is going to be my favorite from now on. I usually stop noticing my brows after a few days after getting them done, but I’m here a week later and still loving them every time I see them!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to trade secrets to do my eyebrows for years and felt compelled to leave a review for the first time. As of recent, I have been getting my eyebrows done by Pami and they have been perfect every single time! Definitely recommend asking for her for any waxing/threading services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Indian lady had done my eyebrows there and she completely ruined them since they were two different shapes. Especially in the beginning of my eyebrows were not aligned. Her customer service is terrible and rushed my brows, she finished under 5 minutes.
I have gone to her before and I can tell the difference when she is not rushing plus very aggressive. There was clearly no need for her to rush since she was just standing and only 1 costumer in the store before I came.
She got wax in my hair and when she tried to remove it, she aggressively pull onto my hair and it RIPPED OUT. Even after I got up and tired to take out the wax from my hair, it ripped. I should have complained but I had just noticed these things after I left.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU COMING HERE FOR EYEBROWS WAX OR THREADING. I would have given this a lower rating if I could. Please ladies save your money and go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was super excited to get my hair done for the first time and Christine was equally excited and gave me the best results for a balayage with highlights!
She was super sweet, made sure it was a comfortable environment and we had lovely conversations. She talked me through the tones of the colour I was looking for and after care, making sure I was satisfied and I was! Christine did an amazing job and her passion truly shows in her work!
Definitely going back to Trade Secrets again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was recently my birthday, and friend suggested I get my hair coloured for the first time at Trade Secrets. She told me all about Christine. I saw the work Christine gave her, so I was already confident in going.
Christine did an amazing job from the beginning to the end.
She made sure I was comfortable, we had amazing conversations, and she put in the hard work which gave me the best results! She is passionate about the work she does.
As you can see in the photos below, I’m very satisfied and will be going back to Trade Secrets again!
