Staff Anthony spent 10 minutes and handed us the receipt. We didn’t realize the amount was $7 less than we spent online until we’re about to leave STC. So we went back and ask Anthony who seems already knew it and that’s why it took him such so long. But he didn’t say anything about it and just decided for us!
He said he could do nothing about it, told us to wait for the call, guess what, we never received any calls and we’ve called them at least 3 times during the past 3 weeks, every time they say they’ll call back or it’s in process, but nearly 1 month has passed and it seems this is it.
$7 is not much, if you couldn’t do anything you can just tell us, not letting people wait forever. I’m very disappointed with your style dealing customer issues.
I’ll update this review if I got the $7.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. Went in looking for shoes for me, the associate Cam brought the shoe I wanted to see in my size along with multiple other styles just to try out. He also overheard that my brother needed a size 14 but the wall said they only had up to 13 but he went to the back and brought a couple of styles that he managed to find and my brother also ended up getting a pair of shoes for him as well. All other associates were friendly and helpful as well!

Please Let her know, how to speak with Guest.
