★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had two different kind of experience. Firs time was amazing. Even tho the store was busy the girl helped me out a lot and was very friendly. However the second time I went after a few weeks legit stood there for 15 mins with a shoe in my hand just ASK them to check the size. The store wasn't even that busy that day and the girl didn't really seem to care for the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price is reasonable with good sale all-time. I am their regular client who buys online or in store. But this time I had a very bad experience with this location this Covid-19 period. I bought a pair of running shoe from Eaton center location and that was the last pair I had to take from the display as it was on sale. They were already worn and dirty, but I confirmed with the stuff that it will be okay to return or exchange! She told there wouldn’t be any problem retuning the shoe. So I came back at STC location to return it but they didn’t except my return. First a young Asian lady tried to help but refused to return my shoe. I tried to explain to the manager Deepak but he just supported his colleague decision. Their first point of greetings was pleasant but actual client interaction was horrible. Manager told me that he wasn't there in our conversation at Eaton center so he can't refund the shoes and advised that I have to go back to Eaton center location with this Covid -19 pandemic time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service in this store is bad. I mean I stood in line today for 35 minutes due to the covid restrictions which I understand. I just needed to pick up an online order but they assisted someone first who wasn’t even in line for the order pickup. Why not just make two lines on each side? One for the customers who want to come in the store and one for order pickup. I can’t believe how much time was wasted. This was a bad experience and I wont be shopping from here anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked the mall for hours shopping for comfortable work shoes, but not much luck...until I went in Call It Spring. I bought three lovely pairs that got my attention two had in my size in store and one I was able to order for delivery as my size was not available in store. I can say am truly satisfied with the variety. The customer services is excellent. It would be nice if I knew the representative's name who helped me, so I could make special mention of her, she went above and beyond. I will definitely be shopping at this store again.
