Kids Foot Locker

Horrible, horrible experience. The staff is so rude and act like they’re doing us a favour by even standing in the store and that they’d be somewhere else. Wouldn’t cooperate, wouldn’t answer any questions properly, wouldn’t help us with anything. By far, the WORST customer service I have ever seen in any store. There was this white girl with black hair and a tattoo, idek why she was working there because all she did was stand around and when I asked questions she would beckon her coworkers to help me. The Asian girl at the cash was so dry and rude, was just counting down minutes until her shift was over, I had questions about the exchange policy because my pair of shoe was messed up and all she said was ‘you can find all the policies online’!!!! If I wanted to order online, I would’ve!!!!! The only person that seemed to have any interest in doing their job was this light skin boy who kept bringing out shoes from the back but even for questions he was very dismissive..... Never returning to this location again, if I didn’t need to desperately buy winter boots I never would’ve gone. It was such an unwelcome experience in the store, they need better staff. Wish there was an option for 0 stars, no joke. Clearly they were not taught even THE BASICS of customer service, will be going to the adult footlocker later as these employees were of no help and ushered me and my sister out of the store with defected materials(they have scratches, stains) and will be complaining to the manager there of the horrible service at Kids, hopefully they have better customer service. Don’t go here, you’ll be wasting your time and money on people who just count minutes till their shift ends. EDIT: went to exchange my pair because they had all sorts of scratches and marks on it despite me never wearing them, went to the front cash and the cashier there VISIBLY ROLLED HER EYES AT ME when I said I wanted to exchange my shoes and then said you’ll have to ask one of the associates to help you with that and then looked at me real hard indicating that she was done with me and I had to move outta the line and find myself a store associate, there were only 2 store associates and they were busy so I patiently waited behind a store associate that was attending to a lady, WAITING for my turn and the store associate sees me from the corner of his eyes after a few minutes and says ‘Is there a problem?’ WERE THESE EMPLOYEES EVER TRAINED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE???? And I tell him what I need and he says he’ll go check the back and he goes inside the room for I kid you not, 30 seconds and comes out and says sorry that size isn’t available and goes back to talking to the girl behind the cashier. Will be going to Yorkdale or Fairview, NEVER EVER go to this location. You’re better of going to adult footlocker or champs.

The store has a nice set-up and great location within the mall. Not sure if it was an off day, but employees service was just average on this day. They can improve on that, as gave me no incentive to want to buy from this Foot Locker.

Decent store, lots of shoes but no specials

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I went in tonight to buy a pair of shoes but didn’t walk out with it because of the nasty attitude of this girl working there. She was really rude when she talks and her demeaner was disgusting. I was shocked at the lack of service I got along with the attitude. I did not get any answers to my questions and she was very unhelpful. I will never return to this location.

More staff in the store at the time than customers but even though I had a shoe in my hand and walked the entire store not once was I asked if I needed assistance. After finally receiving assistance the shoes that were brought out were not even the ones I had asked for! wrong style AND colour! Staff seem to be more interested in socializing with one another than assisting customers. Even thought they make eye contact with you and then look away. Would not hesitate to just return to try items and then order them online and shop around. Worst customer service experience in a very long time.

Male employee made us feel so uncomfortable! Came up so close to us considering its covid time - could've just moved aside.

I’ve never been so disrespected, rudely approached and disgusted by a person in my life, let alone the STORE MANAGER. You would think that someone at a position of power like so would be very professional and want to sell you product, but in this case, the store manager was utterly unprofessional to say the least. As soon as I’d walked into the store, I asked for a pair of shoes that released that same day, and was so rudely interrogated and violated by this store manager. He instantly started assuming I was a “reseller” and kept accusing me of lying and refusing to sell me those shoes because of that. He also would refuse to reveal his name to me and when allowing me finally to purchase shoes like I should have every RIGHT to do, he commanded the cashier to take down all of my private information so that if I “lied again”, I wouldn’t be allowed to purchase a pair of shoes from there again. I cannot believe Footlocker Canada has allowed such a person to be a manager and let him treat me in such a way. I have already contacted Head Management and will most definitely pursue this case the full length. Don’t be scared to complain when someone treats you with ZERO RESPECT and HUMAN DECENCY!!!!!

Kids foot locker is my go to places for my son and i. And I love that I fit into a kids 7 or 8 depending on the brand your buying.
