C	C'est Moi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got exceptional service and even more amazing advice from the friendly attendant to get mink oil for my leather shoes that were looking kind of dead.I forgot to ask for his name but he is the black guy.I can't stop staring at my shoes.I cleaned them last night and they look amazing. Thanks so much
C	Creasy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I’ve ever received in retail. This is my second negative experience with this company, hence the review. My first experience I was shopping with a friend and we both bought one pair of sale shoes. The cashier made us have them ring in our pairs together on the same receipt. Never have I ever had this happen while shopping. They allowed us to pay separately but they wanted two items on a sales bill, not one. I understand sales and up selling, but to have us ring in our shoes together to make a “double sale” is wrong. On my second visit I went in specifically for the same pair I bought the first time but in a different colour. The sales associate was extremely pushy about why my friend wasn’t buying shoes when they’re on sale and why I wouldn’t buy a second pair. I came in for that pair, which were still $100!!! I’m not spending another $100 so you can sell more than one item. And I could do without the attitude. Once I said no, the associate passed me off to the cashier and wouldn’t even say goodbye, when we walked right past her and no one else was in the store. The cashier was also pushy with up selling the cleaner. I’ve worked in retail so I understand it but the attitude and pressure from staff here will prevent me from ever buying here again. Save your money and buy online or elsewhere.

Didn't have my size, arranged for shipping to my home. Issue with shipping quickly corrected after contacting customer service. Informed me that both pairs might be on sale next week. Maggie phoned me and they were on sale. Popped in with receipt and they credited me difference. Definitely going back!

A co-worker wanted me to look at shoes with her and we went into this shoe store located on the upper level of the Scarborough Town Centre. She quickly browsed the large brightly lit store, picked up a shoe, spun it around and returned it to the display. Repeat action. Repeat action. Let’s go. I’ll come back! Wow! Work hubby is fun and it only cost me my time and not my wallet!

A pair of boots for my daughter was purchased online and unfortunately did not have a very long life expectancy due to a ripped seam. The brand is known for it's durability and surprised by such an issue. The store manager explained that it wasn't to be worn in the winter (which it was) and still replaced it for us. We are so grateful for her assistance and will be sure to come back for future purchases.
