N	Navee Jayaseelan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one came to help us and 2 people just stood at the cash talking to each other, when we asked the lady who seemed like the manager for someone to help us, she just yelled ‘Go to the counter if you want help’ instead of trying to help us. Store was empty and it makes sense why. Very Poor service.
S	Samsunnahar Naser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor and slow customer service. I would have given them a 0 if I the option. 4 staff working but they don't have any idea about customer service. Management needs to train them how to serve customers efficiently. I was helped by a gentleman with 2 pairs of shoes, when I asked him that I need a different size, he asked me to line up again for 10 mins while the line up goes big and big. So unprofessional and illogical. Staff should go above and beyond to help customers and this is what missing on staff.
S	S Brian Treelife on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SoftMoc was okay... kind of slow when I ordered online for "same day pickup". I only got the notification to pick up 5 hours after I ordered! That's so long... it would've been way faster to just check stock online and then walk in.

My sister wanted to return a pair too small and came back as they were not going to give her a refund because they had no money in the register! Tried calling several times days after and no one picked up! Highly do not recommend SoftMoc at stc!! They need better staff ASAP, it’s so sad.

A lot of customers were waiting around for someone to assist with proper shoe sizes, cash them out or pick up orders. Absolutely horrible customer service at this location only. Pickering Town Center was 100x better.
F	Faizan H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The prices are good, convenient location in STC mall. The only improvement I recommend is the wait times for fetching shoe sizes. The staff is over worked and seems stretched. Management should focus on it.

A	Alveen Momin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Closing time of the store is 8pm. But the store was already closed at 7:45pm. When asked to let in, the employee said she had to “dust” the store and did not let me in. I guess I know why it has 3 star rating. Least interested employees. Customer service - zero.
