By far the weirdest and worst experience at a large scale retailer I've ever had. When I first came in to make a purchase for a Christmas gift, I chose two articles of clothing as part of their buy one get the second 50% event. I chose two articles, one was priced at $60.00 and the other at $70. After I paid and checked my receipt I realized I was charged $75.00 for the sweater that was tagged at $60. When I came back into the store to show them the receipt and tag, one of the ladies looked at me like I was an idiot and rudely told me that the sweater was not $60 but was $70. This still made no sense since I was charged $75 for the sweater. The manager who I initially dealt with was called over and I showed her the receipt and the tag and her answer was conveniently that the tag wasn't updated. So I was given 3 different prices for the sweater and ended up paying the highest amount. After she said the tag wasn't updated, the manager (Chelsea) and her sales associate turned their backs on me and walked away. To me it was actually the single worst customer service experience to date. They didn't even allow me a follow up question; I was just expected to take their word for it. Fact is, they both had no clue what was going on. How could the tag read $60, yet the one associate said it was $70 and the manager $75. That's such a bad look on a retail company that is supposed to medium to higher quality product. I mean get your act together Jack and Jones. To make matters worse, when I was cashing out, I asked the manager Chelsea what the return policy was in case the sweater didn't fit. She told me that I have until January 6 and to bring the receipt. I went back today to return one of the sweaters and get a larger size and was surprised to hear from the other apparent manager that no returns or exchanges can be made without the original tag. I explained to him that I was not told this from Chelsea when I inquired about the return policy and he basically called me a liar saying she wouldn't forget to tell me because she's a manager. I get that they have their policies they have to follow but to have two negative experiences out of two visits is not coincidental. It signals bad management and poor customer service. It is so very odd to need the original tags when returning and exchanging that if I was told that I would have surely remembered. Their justification was that they can't determine if it was worn or not so they need the tags. But it's a Christmas gift so obviously the tags need to be removed. The guy responded that you just cut them and keep them. But the logic is flawed because I could have kept the tags, still worn the sweater and they would have gladly returned it. I will never shop at Jack and Jones again and am so disappointed that I am left with a $70 sweater that doesn't fit the intended receiver. Shame on them.

They sell decent quality clothes with good fits for guys with a more athletic build. Styles carried vary, with trend-heavy streetwear located at the front and their more conservative "premium" line in the back.Their jeans hold up a lot better than other mall-brands I've worn, and their coats are durable as well. Frequent sales and friendly staff keep me coming back.

Very rich quality and fine clothing. Well organized and maintained. Stylish, with dimmed lighting to create a modern, lax atmosphere. Helpful and friendly staff. Decent but relatively small collection, with occasional sales and promotions. It can be on the more expensive side, but that's what you pay for quality.

Personally , like the style that’s why I go there. If it was for the staff, I would never go. They’re always so busy talking to each other, they can’t be bothered helping customers. You can be right next to them looking for a size, they’ll look at you and , then continue talking.

Cheerful vibe and trendy clothing. Modern styles and a go with the flow atmosphere. Convenient location on the upper level in between Little Burgundy and Steve Madden. Deals, sales and promotions also available on select outfits.
