The staff at this location were very helpful and friendly, so much to the point I have to mention it specifically. Despite being busy a gentleman took his time and went out of his way to measure my correct shirt size sleeve length and collar. The only downside is there is not a lot of size variety in the store. This is my third time barely finding the right size or not at all during a visit.

I waited 20 minutes in line to be cashed out. The customer service is very bad. The employees are walking around the store and customers are waiting in line to be cashed out.

What a horrific experience. The last couple of times during check out I kept being cut off by few shoppers and at one point someone I didn't know stood next to me while check out. The cashier witnesses everything and did not say a word. When I spoke to her regarding this matter, she responded by putting a large sweater into an "xs" to go bag. I then requested the sweater to be put in proper size bag and the same cashier responded with throwing the sweater into the bag without folding it. I spoke and express my concerns with the manager, Julie, and explained to her that not a single store will disrespect their client they way her store did and they have a duty to uphold their image. I was a loyal customer. Not anymore. There are way to many stores that knows how to treat their clients and knows how to control their store.

Very disappointed in the customer service at the Scarborough town centre location. I have a medical excemption and I am not able to wear a mask. An employee kept telling me I need to wear a mask to be in the store and when I told her I have an excemption and my dr says I can not wear a mask she just kept telling me she could give me a mask and I need to wear one to be in the store. Don't keep offering me something I can't use. I was forced to leave the store after being harassed. Would you force someone that cant walk to use their legs? This is discrimination and very disappointing especially since Ive seen people with dogs enter the store on multiple occasions and nothing is said to them. I'm literally being treated worse than a dog.

Very bad experience… not even listen to the customers…. Provide bad service… bad quality product and if we ask for exchange they never give response…even manager also not respond in well manner.
