★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the fourth Canadian-based Asian beauty store that I have used. (I have used their Website and have never visited the physical store).
Pros:
- They have a very strong user-friendly Website.
- I love the selection! It is probably their strongest point. (One might sometimes miss few dollars before getting the free shipping. No worries! There are so many goodies to choose from. I got a lip tint like that and I was really impressed with the product)
- They offer travel-sized products with purchasses ( One need to visit their "Offer" section and APPLY the code at the checkout though. I think that it so much better than giving samples, as I find it almost impossible to know whether a product suits me only after one or two uses. They included some samples too, if you are into those.).
-They restock really fast compared with other options.

- Price point is average. Some products can be found a dollar or two cheaper elsewhere, but I can't call them overpriced and with all the Pros, I do not mind paying those two dollars.
- Shipping time is average
Cons
- They used an enveloppe instead of a box for shipping. I am glad that they use less paper, but some people might find it annoying as product packaging might come in a little bent.
Overall, I enjoyed my experience of shopping with them and I will definitely shop here again. Hope that it helps :).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this store a lot, its the closet Asian style store like this to me, but the woman I think is the manager was extremely rude to me twice when I went in to by a set of earrings and a set of travel tableware. the other girl who worked there seem rather afraid of her and this woman also seemed to belittle her. This deters me from shopping at that location, no I have to go to Yorkdale just so I feel like I'm being treated like a person. Also I not that she is only nice to East Asian only (she is white) and every one else be it black, south Asian, middle eastern or even white as well this manger acts poorly towards. I would score higher if I didn't feel unwelcomed in the store

Some products are pricier than other stores.
Cosmetics are mostly Korean products which you can find better deal elsewhere.
Lots of lovely washi tape and stickers.

I feel completely stabbed in the back and regret spending a dime here. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really love the products from this store but I’m sad to say that you should use caution ordering online. I had an item that was defective and wasn’t working within a month of purchasing and I reached out to them but they said that you only have 7 days to contact them after receiving your order . They also don’t take back used items (which is reasonable to a point) but it hadn’t even been 30 days. I think they should maybe reconsider their return policy :(
