★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i don’t usually write reviews but this store has pretty bad customer service. as soon as i lay a finger on a clothing item, here comes an employee rushing me to buy the item. i don’t know if the employees get some kind of commission but it’s really annoying. aside from that, this particular store has the rudest cashier i’ve ever encountered. she was really bitter and super condescending for someone who works at a mall. the second you walk into the store, you can already tell that it’s a pretty toxic work environment even as a customer. if i ever buy aritzia clothing again, i’m shopping online from here on out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent location but I find stock is very limited here. I usually check store stock availability before coming and it's always been pretty accurate. Employees are friendly and helpful most of the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in and out quick but the aura the employees emits would deter anyone who isn't dressed like or is their demographic of shoppers from either staying long enough to be able to make a purchase. Got a couple glares and eyeballs from the employees for no reason whatsoever besides me being dressed "down" from coming directly coming after work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst customer service location for Aritzia. I've been to other locations around the city and they were far more friendly with a better attitude. They select certain customers to approach and offer assistance.
I visited this location on Wednesday April 27 around 7pm. I was assisted by an Asian cashier at the front desk (unfortunately, did not get her name as she did not introduce herself or have a name tag). Firstly, I was not greeted, then throughout the whole conversation, she was not willing to try to assist me with my request and instead gave me poor customer service and mediocre attitude. The conversation ended with her asking her co-worker if it's possible for her to resolve it and the co-worker replied, it's up to you and she replied me with "sorry she also said we can't do it, so no."
It's a HUGE disappointment as I thought bigger companies like Aritzia would have a better structured policy that employees follow than a simple no, can't do it because we do not want to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven’t shopped here in the past 9 months due to pregnancy; was surprised when I went this weekend they’d change out the entire staff. New staff pick and choose who they want to help and are very snobby, didn’t want to help with the dress zip perhaps I have too much melanin for the new crew. But come on it’s Scarborough.
Loved the brand used to be my go to place guess I’ll have to find a new store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love getting my clothes from aritzia however the employees at this location are very in your face, invasive, and irritating. That is putting it in the most respectful way possible. I had an anxiety attack because of how many people were commenting and complimenting on my appearance (thankfully my sister was there to stop it from progressing) and on behalf of everyone with anxiety the store would be 1000000% more enjoyable if the employees left us alone to shop more often. Extremely disrespectful and not accommodating towards anyone's desires who are not extroverts. I will not be coming back to this location <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bought a really nice skirt from Aritzia hoping that it would last me for years but one wash in the washing machine and it's already damaged. To be honest their clothes are just overpriced with really bad quality and on top of that when you walk in the store the staff only welcome certain people, if you don't have "the look" they won't even acknowledge you. Yes, I'm offended by it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On January 13th I went to this Aritzia location to purchase a jacket, i was quickly greeted by all workers, but i am writing this review specifically for the concierge named Danielle. She was so much help and was very friendly and kind as well as informative. i was accompanied by a parent and she sold the jacket quickly in a manner that was not pushy at all. Danielle possesses many admirable qualities that i love to see in colleagues wherever i shop, overall rate this encounter a 10/10. I think she would make a great senior manager.
