★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My brother got me a pair of boots as my birthday gift which was similar to a pair of boots I already had. Went back and chose a pair of Chelsea boots that I had my eyes on for awhile but realized we didn't bring the original receipt- only the gift receipt. But Kyle remembered my brother making the purchase earlier in the day and made sure I left the store a happy girl by working his magic. I was able to do an exchange and get my chelsea boots! Totally made my day- thanks Kyle!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprised at how great the service was. Store was very crowded which I hate, but I got helped and left the store quickly with new boots. 10/10 shopping experience
I guess a few more sitting spots to put the shoes on would be nice but it's a small store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are really helpful. I think the manager assisted me last time I was in. I ordered a pair of boots since they didn't have my size in-store. However they made sure I tried the closest size first to make sure I liked the feel. I was hesitant because I'm on a budget and they were super patient with me while I decided. Favourite shoe store in the mall for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SO I went to this place and I had interaction with the employee named Erica Barrientos. At first when I went I thought of just returning the shoes and go back coz the other employees were not as welcoming. But after she helped me out I changed my mind and instead bough other pair of shoes. Her services were very good and professional and one should definitely visit this store for a number of variety of shoes and comfortable once's within the reasonable price.
