★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The supervisor on the floor was very pushy and unpleasant. She was a white grown lady speaking to her employees in a rude manner and kept staring at me while I was looking around. Felt very uncomfortable being in that store. Won’t be returning

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store just made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe! Some of the employers had helped me out with shoes that I was looking to purchase but the manager was just rude to her employers. She's a Caucasian woman with somewhat of a blondish hair. She kept staring at me as well and the employers looked uncomfortable and unsafe. I won't be shopping at this Journeys anymore due to the manager. Just an unsafe environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was great! but I noticed employees were getting treated very poorly by the supervisor on the floor. She was a white tall blondish brunette lady. I called the store to make a complaint because I felt the employee was not safe. When she made the employees feel uncomfortable, it made me feel uncomfortable shopping there. I will not be returning to this location to shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very unpleasant experience, I came in to buy shoes before my trip and despite being in a rush I waited patiently to get some help finding the pair I lied in my size. The employees saw but didn’t care to help ans the Caucasian lady just stared rudely making me feel very unwelcome . When someone is giving you business the least you can do is assist. Will not be returning; horrible customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever!!!! We bought two pairs of shoes the other day. The staff made so many mistakes in my order!
1. She typed my email address wrong in the system, which means I have to keep my original receipt for the whole year!
2. She didn't give us the free socks that she promised!
3. She mentioned if we buy socks with my shoes, I can get the socks for 4 dollars. So we got two sets of socks. What she didn't tell us is that this discount only applies to the first set of socks! Which means we paid original price for the second pair of socks and she didn't mention it at all!!!
We came back and tried to talk to manager about this. Here comes the worst part, the manager didn't even apologize! Said there is nothing she can do!!! Omg!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chelsea was beyond helpful and had an amazing attitude. Her customer service skills are really top notch and I appreciate her advice. There was another worker working with her as well and he advised us om how some shoes fit and expand over time. All in all great experience with the staff.
