William the store manager was so patient and polite with me and his knowledge of every single shoe in the store was impeccable. I ended up buying the Gowalk Skechers shoesWhich were very comfortable in the store. However, not so much in sub zero temperatures. .My hat's off to William for his excellent service, knowledge and, patients. I took hours trying on all the shoes. William showed no sign of losing his patience with me and maintained a very curious and professional attitude. Thanks for all your help William. ????

The salesperson told me it is super comfortable even if you wear them for a long time. She told me it's the top selling model. As I am working at a kitchen I have to wear them for a long time. After a certain time they were so uncomfortable that I had to go back to my casual shoes throughout the work. I spent 150$ for this low quality product. When I tried to return it, they told me they won't accept any products if you wear it once. So disappointed. Never buying sketchers again.

First, let me point out that I own a lot of Skechers shoes, but this experience led me to do a review for the young man that served me; I believe his name is Tristan. First, Tristan did an outstanding job managing a few customers at a time, I am not sure if he was working alone that day, but he got shoes for numerous customers at the same time, he answered questions politely, honestly and patiently as well as cashed customers out. What stood out for me personally was the fact that I was in a rush but this young man very calmly presented a few sneakers he believed would be best for me at the gym and he explained why. After trying a few shoes on with no success, I appreciated that he took initiative to bring me a few shoes that I did not consider and gave me the pros for each of them; I did like two but left with the one that looked more appealing to me lol. Thank you Tristan for making my morning less hectic and enjoyable. Excellent customer service skills, your patience is outstanding, continue to maintain that kind, helpful and honest spirit - it will take you places and keep smiling!!!

G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful experience here, told the assistant what I needed and she brought me the perfect pair of shoes to match what I was looking for, I said thank you, I may be back because I still had other shoe stores to visit and compare , she said I will put these shoes on hold at the front desk for you, Story goes on, I did visit other shoe stores , I wanted extra wide comfy shoes that could stand on concrete all day, After a few hours shopping I returned to this store and bought the shoes , they were the most comfortable I had found.
