I had a curbside order today and they went out of their way to make sure I could pick it up before work today. They are role models for all employees and make this my favourite location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clothes at American Eagle are amazing. Simple, comfy, affordable and very high quality. Everyone who shops at AE knows that their Jeans are unmatched. Their AE Rewards Program is also really good for people who buy AE clothes like Jeans on a regular. This STC store in particular is amazing and has such great people working there. When malls reopened, I went here to buy some jeans and clothes. The individual working at the changerooms went above and beyond in his service. He went and got a different size clothing item for me not once, but twice. A month and a half later, I went back to this store to return some items I bought online and the girl at the front desk was very friendly, very helpful and even started calling me by my first name. I've been a manager in customer service and having that type of personalized customer service goes a long way. After returning my clothes, another clothing item caught my eye. The same person saw me eyeing it and offered to help me get one down, using my first name again. I left the store more than satisfied and very happy. The people at this store are incredible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of clothes is good.. but I went to ask just to break a $20 bill since I was nearby this location and they told me I had to purchase something if I wanted to do that. Why couldent they just try to help me out and wait for someone else to make purchase for me to get the chang? I had to walk to the bank just to do that and they could have offered to help me out. Horrible customer service .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to buy jeans but I didn't know they had new styles because I wanted to replace my old jeans and Justin helped me find the perfect fit! He also is very patient and helpful when I asked if they had sizes of a new flannel they had. Even though it was busy he still made time to go check and grab it from the back. Keep it up man :D
