★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service especially by the asian male employee working on May 23 night time, seemed like he was lifeless and hated his life, regular ice cream felt too soft as if the freezer wasn't at correct temperature. Get your ice cream somewhere else. Totally regret buying from this location. Ruined my day.

Never going back again.
My kids started eating the ice cream and they made us to put that back on the counter as their debit machine was not working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was about to purchase an ice cream from this location and I was not able to pay because the debit machine wasn’t working and I stood there for 20 mins and then too machine wasn’t working. I was so disappointed with the staffs working at 7.30 pm on november 21st. Atleast could have compensated for something or given a credit but staffs were so rude to customers. Never come back at this location. Never suggest this location to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very disappointed from the staffs’ behaviour on Nov 21, 2021, 7.30 pm . Waited 20 mins after purchasing the ice cream to make the payment. Their debit machine wasn’t working and made us to put the ice cream back on the counter .some other customer’s tried their card and failed. First time visit made me unhappy. Never going to visit again

Came back April 13 around 2:30 to show them the Picture. The lady ask for my receipt which i don't have. She said lots of Baskin in scarborough which is true. Well next time i need to pay attention how they prepare my order. Customer service is not good.
