S	Sam Dihsar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the tea at Chatime, the pearl milk tea is my fav, but they charge you 15 cents for a bag and don't tell you about the charge. I only found out about it when I glanced at my receipt. Most stores charge 5-10 cents for a bag, I've previously gotten bags at Chatime for free, so this was a shock to me. I know 15 cents isn't a lot, but it would have been more courteous to inform me of the charge first when asking if I would like a bag.

Not one of the four employees even bother to lift their head up and acknowledged me. Employee working cash didn’t even bothered to say “we’ll be with you shortly” before he walked to the back. Felt like they didn’t even want my business. Probably didn’t even notice when myself and the two people waiting behind me just simply walked away.
M	Maki Thea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ almost all Chatime locations never disappoints except this location. service was good and they made the drinks on time as usual but the blue/green haired asian lady that made my drinks, even though it was clear on the receipt and on the labels that I ordered for 100% sugar on my drinks, they tasted bitter.. its like 0 to 30% sugar almost thanks for ruining my drinks. i guess ill never order to this location again if that girl is gonna prepare the drinks. if you ever see her, prepare to taste horrible drinks lol. also, take note that it wasnt even busy when I placed the order. I would understand if there are mistakes on the drink if its busy but its not. I'm literally just the customer at that time. disappointed.

I’m so happy they finally opened one right inside STC, it’s literally so convenient since I can basically feed my shopping and bubble tea addiction at the same time ?! Although they just opened recently, I’ve been impressed with the staff as they have been quick during the process from taking the order to making it, despite there always being a line since they’ve just opened. Super happy, definitely check it out!

It’s location is perfectly located at the bottom level of the food court. I will definitely make this a regular stop of mine every time I visit the mall. If you’re looking bubble tea (BBT) or boba I highly recommend this place over all the other bubble tea spots in and around Scarborough Town Centre.

Had added pearls to it and that was the only good part in the drink. However, the service here is prompt and you can expect less waiting time even in rush hours!
