A	Albert Chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This spot is not platform 5, it's regular parking lot. platform 5 is located in the bus terminal. This sign should be removed from google map. This confused me, so I went there figured it out today.

V	VizagRaja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a main hub for public transportation in the SE of Toronto. Several winter closed shelters should be built inside the roof for people to get warmth as they wait for the buses & trains. Some times buses play a tragic-magic game by running too late. Public washrooms are not available at all. Lots of people smoke and many sales representatives stop you at the kiosk where we buy bus pass but the authorities are least bothered to take action against them. Free Wi-Fi is available for 1 hour for those really needed buddies. Very less seating available eventhough the crowd is increasing daily.

A	A Williams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Safety and security of passengers is an issue here as I have personally been accosted. Busses seem to keep a good schedule. Staff friendliness is a hit or miss!
