★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A group of us wanted to pick up a small gift for someone at work.
Upon entering the store, we were give a chocolate treat by a cheerful employee!
After viewing several gift selections and price ranges, we selected a 350g assortment of white, dark and milk chocolates with delectably smooth centres housed in a sparkling gold tin Christmas Tree collectable container; regular price $31.99 on sale for $16.00 plus taxes.
Checkout was quick!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service, walked in and talked to the girl cash register about the fill the box option, I asked, do we need to count the 150 and she said nope just fill it up to the line, so we did, we went to pay and this rude male employee then puts it on a scale and just said “too much” and starts grabbing handfuls to remove the chocolates, I said wait it’s fill to the line why are you taking some out, he rudely said it’s a certain weight, well that is not what we were told when we asked so that’s not fair, he said oh well it’s 3.1 in weight so remove more chocolate. So we start removing, takes about 20 chocolates out, WELL below the line and it weighs 3.14, I said it that close enough? Look how low under the line we are. He goes NOPE, 3.1 keep going. No chance and I paying $45 for that!! So rude so we left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this store. Staff is rude, if you ask for another bag, staff (the girl) is like "why?.. what are you doing?...how many you want to get?" Like, really? She picks up chocolates from the front counter and eats in front of the customers. The guy on the billing station takes stuff from your hands saying this is not for sale rudely. Avoid this store...The one in Eaton center is better and at Vaughan Mills is the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite shop inside the STC. I love Lindor Chocolate no matter ??????. Whenever I fly to Bangladesh before that I've to purchase Chocolates from this store. I get 100 ones for $30.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always love the taste of Lindt especially with dark chocolates. However we weren't welcomed by staff, and the lady at the door made me sanitize my hands while I had just sanitized my hands with my own sanitizer a minute ago. I don't like to use store's sanitizer as they are not high quality and I have sensitive skin. Anyway she made a bad experience for me. Please don't force customers to use your sanitizer!!
