I thought i still need to wait for my appointment time which is 5pm but i did not wait so it’s a good experienced. Thanks for your prompt service.

We walked in and were greeted at the door, then checked in with the customer service desk clerk who took our information and was then directed to the Optometrist. We didn't have to wait long, Optometrist was very thorough and gave her advice. Overall, our visit was excellent!

The care and time he takes to explain certain things; helped me breathe a huge sigh of relief. From the check-in staff to the optometrists I cannot recommend this place enough! Lovely caring folks :)

Dr john Iskander took the time to explain in details my case and what to watch out for. Explain the eye sight and what to look for. How to maintain. Will def come back 10 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been coming here for eye checkups for 3 years now and Dr. Xu has been amazing. She is patient, comforting and attentive and she takes the time to explain things to me, even if it sometimes feels a little silly to ask.
Also the service has always been professional in-person and offline. I get reminders for my appointments and get my eye prescriptions emailed to me. Highly recommend trying this place out if you're looking for an optometrist.

I made my appointment online and when I arrived the staff were very cordial and you can see everyone including the doctor and optical actively cleaning. I highly recommend. coming here.

I've felt informed throughout the appointment of what's happening and was explained everything thoroughly. Dr. Cheung has been great being served by her. All my questions were answered and goes above and beyond with great service.
The receptionists have also been very attentive and also deserve recognition for their efficiency and great attitudes.
Overall I'm very happy with my time here, and would recommend this place.
