★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last night we had the pleasure of meeting Esther and working with her on finding new frames. She was absolutely amazing. In the past we have used other optical stores but, given my experience with Esther, we will definitely only get glasses here. She was so knowledgeable and took time to hear what my teenage son was looking for and she could answer all of his questions/concerns. I think if anyone can win over a teenager, they are very skilled. You can tell that Esther truly enjoys her work. Great job! She is 5 stars and more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They accommodated me last minute which was amazing! And the whole team was nice and professional!
It did take almost 2 hrs to go through the whole eye exam process, but I'm assuming that is because they fit me in last minute.
Dr. Yip followed up with me after the exam to check in on me and discuss my initial review which was 1*. Her call showed she cared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family have been coming for years and although we have moved and Dr. Yip moved offices during that time, we keep coming because we love the service and professionalism. The office is new and the waiting area is comfortable. The staff are very friendly. We came for our checkups with Dr. Liao and she was very informative and explained the results to us beyond just explaining the numbers. We felt genuine care and helpful advice for our eye health. It wasn't just about a new prescription. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been with them since their Scarborough town centre location. I have received consult from Dr. Yip, Dr. Lim, and Dr. Kwon in the last decade. Emergency care is there when you need it and there are plenty of opticians and optometrists so availability isn't an issue.
Opticians are also very helpful and willing to assist with insurance/warranty claims.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bright and airy space. Professional and friendly reception staff. Dr Lorina Yip took her time, and answered all my questions. She was knowledgeable and very confidence inspiring. I ordered two pairs of prescription glasses and one pair of prescription sunglasses and they were ready on time and pricing was very competitive. I have been to a number of optometrists, and she and her clinic is the best I’ve seen. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have seen two different optometrists here on two separate occasions due to their availability. I like the professionalism and friendliness. However I do find one of the test room was kind of cramped. Overall I enjoy my experience there.
