★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always buy from the Scarborough Town location however this last experience was the worst. The "manager" Crystal who I confronted made me feel undervalued. I purchased a pair of shoes and bag. Unfortunately the shoes didn't fit the way I wanted so I tried to return my items, because the tags were taken off of the bag they refused to return the bag. Before I purchased these items I asked the same manager Crystal what the return policy was and she said 2 months for a full refund, she never told me about the tags. I understand the policy but you would think a manager would tell you the most important part especially knowing that I may return it. The way that manager made me feel is what made it the worst. Thankfully there was another lady who politely explain all my options.

But today i had amazing experience from this location, although the store was crazy packed I had a great experience. Crystal helped me pick out two pairs of shoes for my family backhome. she was being very patient, and also told me about cleaner that i purchase. Very well mannered young women. Regardless of how busy it got she took her time, made me feel wanted. Great customer service from this staff even the blonde blue eyed cashier was amazing. 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever had. I asked the lady with blonde hair that I need the same shoes that I pointed at in different size, she said we'll get it but she was just standing there for 5 minutes doing nothing. I was waiting there for her as all the other associates were busy and after 5 minutes she packed her stuff and left as we could say her shift was about to finish in 5 minutes so she just passed her time. Felt so bad and being ignored. Associates should have some courtsey regarding the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there for some end time gift shopping in the morning around 10:15 on April 1st,2022 Friday, the associate was very unprofessional, he kept rearranging the shoes and ignored us for a while, would give 0 for his customer service

Very strict on their policies, if the store closed at 7 and you reach there by 6:45, they are not going to entertain your request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst coustomer service ever.
They just want to get rid of their damaged items in any price. They didn’t even refer to other aldo store, downstairs which had intact items. Now after 30hours when i tried to exchange the item with other bag, they refused , saying we gave you 6$ discount for that and called security when the other coustmer tried to support me for their misbehavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is awful! This is the second time out of 5-6 times I went there. The girl working there is super rude on April 19 2022 at 1 pm. I purchased a pair of shoes online half price ($44) and when I went there to pick it up she gave me a pair of shoes that was not brand new at all and there was a red price tag on it for $29! I said it's been worn and she said don't expect to buy a brand new shoes on sale!!!! AM I in the second hand shop?!!? I left the shoes there and will comeback later to return it as I did not have the credit card with me! someone like her can bring a whole company down!
