★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashier white lady yell customer with bad attitude. She doesn’t help also reject customer to buy stuffs from Guess. I never seen the person like this. She seems like no training and not suitable for the job. She really affected Guess image. Another staffs very peaceful. Only that lady has mental illness. After that day, I never go back to Guess again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standing in guess right now with my 300 dollar watch that I rceieved for Christmas and they so who were able to take my watch apart but not get it back together. And leaving me with nothing but a broken a watch . 2 days after I recieved it telling me to go back to square one where it was purchased and that they could do nothing about it.

All were helpful, especially Dhruvi thakkar, She helped me see new styles, outfits, and knew the clothing very well as she advised me on how to clean it and what sizes to get. She really took her time to help me and created a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere while I shopped and tried on clothes. Was the best customer service I've seen!
