★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to shop around during on sale period. There clothing are pretty a step further. Luckily my husband n I are able to wear the children’s largest size. The tax are much lesser for kids clothing. My husband got an accident 2 years ago resulting one leg shorter. I have discovered their raised women shoe is just good for him which he wear one lower n the other higher to made the balance n save a lot of money for a single evenup shoe!!
I loved their kids T-shirt when it’s on sale for $5 or $7.
Don’t missed their on sale which had cut up to 70%. If you can’t found your size check online and it’s free shipment for over $50. Collect at store is free at any time. Refund is simple. Keep their price tag, unused and refund at any store together with the barcode received on your phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am just disappointed Zara is charging $.15 for paper bag when you buy instead of appreciating the customer to purchase and advertise their name. I thought it is when you get plastic bags for the sake of the environment. I have never seen any other retailer selling their bags!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large store, wide variety of options, friendly staff. Would be 5 star(not the fault of the store) the website there was inventory at the location, at 3 locations to be exact. Went into the store, the representative then explained there was none in the GTA. (After driving across the city).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in-tow following my girlfriend as she was speed shopping in search of a new top.
At the entrance to Zara, staff informed us that fitting rooms were closed but purchases could be returned within 30 days for a full refund. That was good to know.
Upon going right to the last place a top caught her eye two days earlier, a huge sigh of disappointment was quite audible. It’s gone!
I asked for help from one of many staff on the floor and found out that the clothing actually transferred to a wall display. Crisis averted!
After giving a positive approved of the top (never say no...always let her come up with that decision herself) we made our way to the checkout counter.
Checkout was friendly, quick and staff told us we had 30 days to return an item.
A very smooth experience (on my part)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is definitely a management problem here. There were atleast 20 people in line and only 1 cashier. It took about 35 minutes to get to the front of the line. There was staff walking about and just touching clothes, who did not bat an eye at the size of the line. Seems like some of them are above cashing customers out. Everybody in line was complaining and the poor single cashier was doing his best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are always messy and crowded. I went multiple times to shop but their items are limited. I ended up buying a $250 casual jacket, but I don't regret it, material is Italian, soft, heavy jacket, and can wear it to dinner, dates, work, or even a random day out
